Adult friend finder is not a bad place to start either. More singles than couples but the singles may lead you to some gatherings or meet an greets. Also on yahoo groups there is a group called Minn-Dak_social_club. Its a fairly active group that I have used when I travel to North Dakota but I know there are few South Dakotans on it. Also I know its a ways off but when Sturgis is happening there are a few groups that magically pop up around that time keep your eyes open. SLS is a great lifestyle site that can also point you in the right direction. AKLIM, thanks for proving my point. It doesn't matter if they are the minority. I only matter that we all came here to fuck. It takes virtually the same energy to write "no thanks" as "fuck off" and even less to ignore. This should not be a problem at all. It's only an issue because those that wish to take offense make it one.

To us, it depends on the writer. If you wrote us and you are a couple, we say "no thanx" if we are not interested. (Not that we would since neither of us is homosexual and we find you both attractive). However, when we write on our profile that we are not interested in single males, hobos, or whatever and you still write us, we will tell you to "fuck off". Why? Because you were rude enough to ignore what we wrote and bothered us.

I have never started a discussion form topic before (btw-this is Dana not Terry) so please be forgiving of me. Anyways, I have a question. I was looking for groups on this site that are into the BD/SM L.S.
I know there are other websites that cover this interest, however I know of many swingers who are also into the "darker delights" such as myself. But I have found none on this site (as far as I know) that cover this subject/interest. So is there any groups that cover this topic that I can join, or if not, would anybody be interested in starting such a group on this site?I know this subject can be a little more touchy than other LS related issues. I also understand that people who partcipate in these activties would want their activties kept private. So if you don't feel comfortable posting here, please feel free to send me a private e-mail.

Not in our opinion. Utah has a long standing history with Mormonism. The Mormon church is headquartered here in Utah. Much of this websites membership live in Utah. We are a bit more vocal within the site, because it is frankly the most popular swing site in Utah. Quite a few of the swingers here come from Mormon families and even those who don't, but that have lived in Utah a long time are familiar with Mormon culture. It would be like living in Vatican City and not being a catholic. You would still be aware of and living among a lot of Catholics. The Mormon church, for a time was, and I don't know maybe still is, very anti masturbation. So the subject, once mentioned here in Utah, brings out a few inside jokes and such. Masturbation is a loaded subject. That's a play on words. Loaded, masturbating, load, loaded.
Whereas you are from a different part of our great nation, all of this is probably a bit odd. We are not sure if being a single male is stigmatized more or less within the Utah swing community, than it might be in Kansas, but it is a point of aggravation for some within our community. If you were an attractive single woman asking other women to display pictures of themselves masturbating, your thread would have been received a bit differently.

To be honest I found out about Swingular from a party hosted locally years ago. The format was superior to AFF as it was a one time fee and the quality of members was and still is far superior. Had it not been for that party we wouldn't know about this site. Now if you are looking to grow the site so that you have more $$ I think the best way is by search engine.
Here is why I suggest that. Back in 2001 when I did my looking it was all by the internet. I found AFF and made a profile and away we went. At that time I didn't know any swingers... and all the swingers I do know are already here. So really I wouldn't have anyone to bring to this site. I think your new customers will come from hosted parties and events.... Internet search (you have little presence there) and then friend referrals.
Now if you just want the base to grow and keep it quality then the word of mouth friend referral is the only way. Just my .02 Euro.
