Couples keeps the place clean, has expanded the number of private rooms and still has a big hottub inside, the pool out back, a small buffet included if you get a little hungry and a BYOB bar that has mixers, water and sodas for you.
The dance floor has a small stage and pole, a good DJ and sound system. The pool table is in the lounge and they have some adult videos on the TV off the lounge that has a sofa.
The group areas has a swing and they do have condoms if you need extras.

This. We dont want to resort to blocking single male messages but lately its getting to that point. I feel after CL closed its doors, a lot more SMs turned up here unfamiliar with the community.

Your mistake was that you assumed that everyone was at the same level as you. That's not a stab, but an observation. One of the first mistakes we all make is assuming that because we are all "swingers", we are all seasoned veterans of the lifestyle and have ironed out all the wrinkles in our relationships as swingers.
It is unrealistic to expect everyone to be on the same page, all the time. I agree with you in that we should all strive to be open and communicate everything we can, to our significant other and the other couple, so that everyone knows where everyone stands with regard to swinger interaction.
