Young swingers party - sold out, who still wants to party ? - Yes, They verify and many of us "Creepers" are barred from buying, so if sold out, it is sold out to younger types, not us "creepers". New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - We agree as well. Are you more or less tolerant? - - Now that you're a swinger do you think that you're more or less tolerant of people of a different body type than yours? We ran the Utah Undie Run yesterday (WAY fun, highly recommended btw) and today we were checking out the stories about it from the local news outlets and more than that the message/comment boards. Now we all know that there are a LOT of people in Utah who are/were very offended that some people would run around downtown on Conference Sunday in their underwear so we were expecting a lot of "sour grapes" type comments about it being disrespectful, etc.. What we weren't expecting quite so much were the MANY negative comments about how unattractive the participants were. Sure there were a few that could have hit the gym a little harder but we felt like the majority were actually quite fit and trim (and mostly quite a bit younger than we are-LOL). So it got us wondering if swingers are, in general, more or less tolerant of others who maybe aren't in spectacular shape. Or were you more tolerant before you became a swinger? We're not talking about people you'd necessarily like to fuck just about people in general. What say you?
Breaking the 4th wall - meeting a swinger in a vanilla situation. - Traveling to a party in Ogden, while gassing up at a truck stop, we ran into some casual friends of friends (Not Swingers) from our home town and it was a little odd trying to come up with a cover story on the spot, it was easier though because they were also flustered. So later that night at the meet n greet it was a good laugh about the truck stop.

Monogamy in marriage - An interesting article on the subject - I think the number one reason that a marriage goes off track is the lack of communication. It could show up in fights over money, one or the other cheating because their needs are not taken care of in the marriage, or just about any of the rocks that so many couples run into along the path of married life. One reason I think that swingers tend to be happier and more secure is because without good, open communication swinging can be a minefield. Most that stay in the lifestyle for any amount of time learn to communicate better with each other than many others that do not have the experience of sharing. This summer we'll have been married 35 years so I guess it works :-)
