The elusive unicorn.... - Any such creatures here? How many couples have caught one? - Married here with a single female profile. When I swing, I always do so as a single. I've run into several women who do something similar to me or as shared above, who swing with known couples and friends their partners have approved. There certainly are truly single female swingers on here but my experience has been they don't stay single or around terribly long.
Some advice....I've participated in quite a few FFM swinging experiences and the very first thing I look for is being treated as an individual, not just a walking vagina serving up your fantasies. Unicorn hunting can be pretty toxic for the extra F, which burns most of us out quickly. This isn't meant to sound harsh just a reminder to not lose sight of the real people involved and how much that can enhance the experience. Personally, I don't respond to people who don't read the profile, don't treat me as a person rather than a fantsy fullfiller or who want the quick, easy, goodbye focused hookup. I like to enjoy the human(s) I'm with as it enhances the sex for me.
OP.. what does incorporate a unicorn into your lives look like? If it's more polyamorous focused, any advice you get from swinging will probably not serve you super well. I have some resources I can share that are more poly unicorn focused if you'd like. Otherwise, I wish you good fortune in your search.
Safe Sex - How do you (or don't you) protect yourselves? - We now have the rule that we always use condoms. And we are still shopping around for the best ones that work for hubby. He would prefer not having to use them but not enough that he is going to stop. (Side Note: red condoms can have a BAD visual connotation for some guys)
I admit that when we started out we didn\'t use them the first couple of times we played. We then discovered that the first couple we played with doesn\'t use them at all. They had some of the same arguments I\'ve seen posted here. The fact that STD\'s can be transmitted via oral sex, condoms don\'t feel right, etc. I can see those points. But then we found out that they don\'t get tested at all and he picks up random chicks while traveling (with wife\'s knowledge and permision) I think that is the point that makes me the most uncomfortable. Most of the swingers we have met so far are very aware of STD\'s and take some precautions such as getting tested, condoms, etc. But I have seen the statistics on STD\'s in single sexually active people and it\'s like 1 in 4 and most don\'t know they are infected. So he is playing russian roulette in my opinion. We didn\'t know all this before we played with them.
So I guess the moral of the story is to talk with potential partners and ask questions!! For us newbies, it may be awkward and feel like you are being crass, nosy, or killing the spark, but the other couple should be willing to at least discuss it or maybe they aren\'t right for you!!

All About Utah - Discussion on why swingular has such a large Utah presence - I found out about this site word of mouth, so really, anywhere you put swingers in a room talking they are gonna do some word of mouth advertising, I have even done my own since joining. Single males are very wanted here, in the right circles. But they should only EVER be reaching out when someone is posting up looking for that. Any other time will come off as pushy or entitled.
Yes, a very high percentage of swingers in Utah joined swingular with the unicorn in mind. Over time through meeting and parties they find some amazing couple friends and do move into swapping once in a while. That’s their niche, not sure how you view it as biased. Utah has always been very suppressed with bi-sexuality and the ladies have gotten to a point in their lives they want to explore that.
Your profile is NOT a single guy, it’s guy with a pass. For us personally that is the lowest on our list we would ever look for. It raises so many questions - does she really allow it? If so why?
