KSL swing story - - I wouldn't say that, Rob. They did a piss-poor job of bluring out "Spice" on the party ticket and had a pretty good shot of the intro page and Swingular is #4 on the sponsored links if you do a Google search for "swingers and Utah". It won't be hard to find. I'd recommend disabling the "Swingers in your area" part of the intro page for a while.
The root of it is that this story is about cheating, not swinging. All it talks about is married men cheating with their neighbors and looking for sex online all the while making helpless victims out of women. That has nothing to do with swinging, that is plain old fashioned cheating on your spouse. But the slant KSL put on it to make something out of a non-story is interesting. It gives great fuel for the gossip in the Relief Society and Priesthood meetings.
What's interesting about this also is, I read somewhere once that although less then 1% of the general population actually does swing, as much as 40% of people fantasize and talk about it with their spouse. Hypocrites.

What is it to being a swinger couple - Is it always this way - When you hook up with a couple, you are hooking up to the part of their life they in general want to keep secrete. They don't want you as friends that will filter into their everyday normal life. And there is always times where you know the other couple are great people, but the sex just was not that good. Most all sex is fun, but some sex is way better. You have to be able to sep real life friends and sex friends, its not often they mix well. People have their family, jobs and life in general to protect and don't want you close to any of it or should I say will risk having you close to it. KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - This was typical for what passes as journalism in the great state of Utah. Heidi Hatch appears to be a shill for the Mormon church, or just a bad journalist. Based on my views of the quality of news reporting in Utah, and the influence of the church locally, I will go with both.
One concern this story brings up is the level of scrutiny now on the community in Utah and what the the laws surrounding playing and public parties are, especially where on-premises sex is permitted. I can see our own home-grown morality police trying to force their version of reality on the rest of the population and seek to stop these parties from happening.
Anyone know the laws around Utah for these things?

We did speak up when we first came on this site. We even paid for the lifetime membership. As you can see we still come in here and look around ( hope runs deep). We've tried contacting people who post profiles in our area. We just haven't had any luck, and haven't seen hardly any people, from this area, posting in here. Although I do have to say that it does seem that people in this area are a bit on the shy (sand bagging) side. Most won't even post pictures.
