Too Young to be Taken Seriously? - - My husband and I are interesting in joining the lifestyle, starting slow. However I've noticed the majority of people here are older. We both are twenty, is this too young to be taken seriously in the lifestyle? Should we keep at it, or come back in 10-20 years. I do understand if people want their partners to be old enough to have an adult beverage with them. But perhaps it is the maturity level? Maturity level is different for everyone. There are twenty year olds who act years older than they are, and sixty year olds who act younger than we are. To each their own I guess. I'm not asking to have everyone be my friend right now. I'm just curious as to what people think about younger swingers. What is your opinion about say twenty-five or younger couples?

There are some gays who wear their wedding rings on their right hands (solidarity against "the man" who doesn't let them marry, etc.) -- but "black" isn't a specific thing in the gay community as far as I can tell from some quick research.
The middle finger on the right hand is apparently reserved for the asexuals. (People who aren't interested in sex). Although given that there are roughly 8 such people in the United States, I wouldn't stress too much over being confused with that community.
If this gets any more complex, we're going to need a right-hand-ring governing body. =)
I view the black-ring on a swinger-looking couple as the final checkbox of "oh.. yup.. definitely swingers... look.. both wearing black rings on the right hand". If I just saw a random person with a black ring on a right finger, I wouldn't think anything of it. I have only been in the swinging lifestyle in the capacity of going to swingers clubs. I have also been involved, and witnessed gangbangs at the club. I believe that there are 2 very important factors for a gangbang to happen.
1) Comfortable Setting
2) Comfortable with the people involved.
Yeah the club setting is a good place for swingers, but it can be a chancy place for gang bangs. The club I used to attend did allow single men, but so many were pushy and didn\'t get the ideal of the social aspect. I\'ll admit I\'ve never been invited to a gang bang at a hotel or private home. I\'m sure I would accept the opportunity to, but I do know the lifestyle and have respect for any couple I meet.
