Why the male side of Couples are here...? - I will admit I am hoping to spark some heated debate on this.... - Shit I had to read thru that whole thing like almost twice. Okay fine, I skimmed it almost twice. Why am I (or we) still in swinging (it will be thirty years in the not too distant future!)? For us it's about the great friendships. Sex is great. It's fun to explore that not only with each other but with other people occasionally. But it's totally secondary for us. With swingers, more than any other group of people we've found, we can be ourselves, say pretty much what we want, and not have to filter anything. With most vanillas, especially here in Utah, we really have to tread lightly and watch what we say and do. With swingers we can laugh our asses off, totally make fun of the world and even flirt without anyone getting too bent out of shape. I'm sure I don't have to tell you what would happen if you did that with most of your vanilla friends. So yeah, friendships are why we stay. Any sex that happens is just the frosting on the Pop-Tart for us.
As for when we're "70+...who will be taking care of you"...I would hope I can pretty much take care of myself, still control my bowels and bladder and occasionally still climb in the saddle and give Ms. Evil a jolly good geriatric rodgering. Viewers = ratings = being attractive to potential advertisers and being able to charge more per second for advertising = more profit. It has nothing to do about reality. That is why the story was so poorly researched and produced. It was not an attempt at doing a real story but rather to do something all the other channels aren't. The truth is far less interesting then the story they created about how swingers lure unsuspecting faithful Mormon men into a seedy underworld of sex and decption, leaving victims of their poor innocent wife and kids.
I said it before, they went into this having already decided what the story was going to be before they even put film in the camera, all they needed was a few juicy quotes to take out of context to support the story they had already written in a production meeting months ago. This is why posts that would be pro-lifestyle are being moderated off their message board: they do not support the story they are trying to present. Everybody loves a scandal, especially those with nothing better to do then judge others to make themselves feel better about their miserable, lonely, boring little lives.
It has already blown over to the point of not being on the front page of their website.

BUT the reality is that 2 things are going on here:
1.) you get what you pay for. When you got a $20 for life membership, did you expect to get all the bells and whistles? Did you expect encrypted everything? Did you expect that everything you said or did in here was safe? Personally, I did not. but I am one who does not care about somone knowing what I do on the weekends.
2.) Do you think that your friends, family, co-workers do not know what you do on your weekends? Come on...I am sure you display all the characteristics of other swingers. You have friends who come to visit wearing alluring clothing. You go to clubs, yet no one outside of the swinging community sees you in the clubs. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS AS AN ATTACK ON MRS HUNT...but who typically gets breast augmentations, ESPECIALLY when they are the vision of perfection? AGAIN...Do not take that as an attack on Mrs. Hunt...thought she was a goddess without change...but she has her reasons...so I support her decision...

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - We agree as well. Several I've been to out of the country charge the same for a couple as a single male (which encourages single males to bring a date!). Also, women are ALWAYS free. This is the kind of reply and attitude that is the reason why single males get such a bad rap. In response to you thinking that the only reason we our with our wifes is because she is the only one who would give us any is ridiculous especially coming from someone who is single and needs to troll a swingers site to get laid.
