Curious Question - - Hi all, my hubby and I are going to be moving from DC to Reno, NV. very soon. From what Chris has told me is that there is not alot out there as far as "Big" cities that we are used too. SO... I was just curious as to why there are so many Swingers in the general Salt Lake City area. and don't get me wrong, there appear to be LOTS of exemptionally beautiful people out there, so its just a curious question for the uninitated. Thanx for the time.:p

Kik group for UT swingers. - Contact me if your interested in joining a KIK group for Swingers - What age group we have joined others and the younger generation didn't care for us older couples

Fly-fishing Swingers - New Swingular Group - We booked our flats charter for Tampa Bay over Thanksgiving last night. Woo-hoo!

Are there any real players on this site? - -
I guess I don't mean "players" so much as "people who like to play". I am always courteous, polite and I think friendly, but wondered why so many people join these sites if they're really not interested in interacting with others with similar interests. Perhaps it's just a bunch of men posting pics of their wives or girlfriends in the hope of others doing the same. Anyway for those of you who are real, a friendly response to a "hello" or "friend request" even if it is "no thank-you" is much appreciated. AT least we'd know there are real people out there!
There are plenty of people here who like to play. WHO, exactly, they like to play with is the overriding question. As some have pointed out, geography is somewhat against you here as well as the fact that you're a single male and, for some, don't bring as much to the table (i.e. a partner). But there are plenty of people who play with single males. It's just that with single males it's DEF a buyers market and those who play with them can be, and often are, very choosey. Simple supply and demand. And I know it's hard for some guys (not saying you're in this category) to not think that all swingers are DTF anyone, any time, anywhere. Market yourself wisely. Find your target audience (Read profiles METICULOUSLY to make sure you know someone is looking for someone like you.) and, most of all, be patient and you will eventually find people to play with.

Where to go, what to do. - Non club activities - Is there any chance that a place could exist where swingers could go meet other swingers on a regular basis that isn't a club? We find clubs boring and loud. Half the meet and greets are just lifestyle club scenes. Mansion parties are great but they don't exist all the time and would be too expensive if they did. I doubt the non club scene would be viable though.

Hollywood Swingers? - - Heard it on the radio today!

On a serious note... - A court case that could effect lifestylers with children - Thank you for the info Wanda... If government tried to judge us as parents simply on the basis of whether we were swingers or not, DC would be hearing a WHOLE LOT of NOISE from us... :@

This one time at Swingers Camp... - N By N Camp out - Another amazing year at the camp out. Thank you Secret Desires and Risque Soiree for putting together a great event. I'll see you in the woods next year ;) For anyone that has though about attending the camp out it's a great time... put it in your calendars now it's every year the last weekend of July Fri-Sun. Come up for the whole time or just one night.

The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.

Handling aging and lifestyles - How do you handle getting older? -
Something none of us can control at present is growing older. For most of us, getting older means physical and some mental changes. These changes have a tendency to make us less desirable especially to the younger crowds, yet the minds of the maturing swingers still feel the need for participation along with the attraction for others. So, the questions are: How do you handle getting older and finding yourself less attractive to others and less involved. And, what are your age boundaries, if any. The youngest you will participate with and the oldest you will friend and why. We have our own opinions, we will express later, but we would like to see what others think.
We have no age boundaries, when we were in our 20's we would play with people up to their 60's. Now that we are in our 40's, we play with couples in their 20's occasionally. We had played with couples younger than our youngest kid lol. Our secret? If a couple does not like us there may be a million reasons for us to worry about it. We had been turned down by older and way less attractive couples than us. We just move on to the next one, stay positive and don't overthink shit.
