The verification process is to verify that a Couple is is a real couple or a Single Female is a Single Female and not a Single Male masquerading as a couple or single female as a way to infiltrate the site being something other than a single male. That was happening at the beginning of this site. It caused a lot of problems. It is not a question of whether this person is a real person or not. But, if we were to take the Real Seal literally, it is for 'Verification' to prove that this person is what he claims. He claimed on his profile to be 'single'. He admitted he is NOT single. Therefore the verification would have been false as he was NOT a Real 'Single' Male. He was married, whether cheating or not. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol. You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through. "Can't Say No" Party - Who'd be interested in coming? - Mrs LPA69 and I have been talking about hosting a "Can't Say No" party at our home in Lindon UT. The idea comes from when we were investigating some foreign swingers clubs. There was one in South Africa that advertised a "can't Say No" room. If you went into the room, you could not turn down a request from someone else in the room, unless their request would be a health hazard (eg bareback intercourse). The idea intrigued us both (okay, me more than her, but she likes the idea). If we host such a party, it would be a little different from the South Africa swingers club. We suggest that it work this way. 1. We would have 10 couples maximum come to our house. We would advertise the party to everyone on Swingular, because it would be fun to have some couples we didn't know in attendance, just to make it more exciting. 2. We'd take a little time to drink, snack, and mingle while we were getting to know everyone else a little. During the mingle time, the two in each couple could talk about who they were interested in or not. 3. The women would all get together in private, and discuss amongst themselves who they were each willing to play with, what they were willing to do, etc. 4. Everyone would get back together, and for the next hour or so, each woman would tell her man what to do with whom, and the man could not say no. 5. Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? - I was raised to believe that morality and the law are the same thing. People, in LDS society anyway, seem to profess that being moral is obeying the law and that is what they teach their children in church. I have always assumed that other religions do the same thing.
