Utah? - - Hmm.. anything beside swingers? D&D free? - is this an oxymoron? - As I've been pondering all the intriguing aspects of this new world we are entering, something doesn't mesh in my mind. We live in a nation where billions (at least multi-millions) are spent daily to advertise drugs. This is done because it enables the drug companies to make multi-billions selling drugs. You can get prescription drugs for everything from your pecker to your severe depression about your pecker! And this is only the legal/prescription drug industry - I imagine the illegal drug business is even bigger. Just exactly where do all these drugs go? I suppose a lot are consumed by folks who have minimal concerns about engaging in high risk activities? Hmmm..... swingers?nah? Fact is the math would indicate that there is a lot more coursing through the veins of just about everyone we encounter than just the good ol redwhite&blue! Same goes for disease. I don't believe the existence of most of it is caused by long-term monogamous relationships. When you are only as safe as the very last physical contact you have and you deal in a world of relative strangers, well, you get the picture. I hope these are not interpreted to be negative comments. I truly am just trying to figure out the mentality of the profiles I read. advice for non-city locations? - What do you do when you live away from major cities? - HOTTPACPL370, damn all these crazy settings! Actually, we haven\'t really used the internet for much at all. Instead we did the old fashioned method of going out to \"normal\" bars and meeting folks that way. It\'s a decent way to meet single women. We just figured trying the internet would be interesting since the folks on a site like this are already of a certain mind. At a normal bar you never know what you are going to meet or what their expectations are (like gals looking for a soul mate or husband or something). Of course, that can be part of the fun too! :D Maybe there are fewer single gals on the site because they can more easily get what they are after? It seems that meeting them is easier done in person, but meeting couples would be easier here. At least not till they can prove to me that WITHOUT human influence, the Pit Bulls tend to be more dangerous. Yes, it is stereotyping. As I said, it has some basis in the fact that there are a few that people have run into. However, when looked on as a whole, it might not show the same light.

Mormons - - What a interesting topic, I have to put in my two cents. I am from Amesfoort, Holland. I moved to Utah when I was young and grew up in SLC in the winter, returning to Holland some summers. (A unique perspective) Now with my wife, I have not meet any LDS swingers. But our circle of friends is not LDS ether. But while I was single I meet many Mormon girls that a great interest in me. Some tried to convert me (HAHAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH.... no) and some had no intention of converting me, although may have used it as an excuse to talk to me. There are many benifiets for staying in the church, and growing up non-lds can be a lonely affair in Utah. I think that many pretend to believe, because they need the support of the community, friends, and family. But many do want they want behind closed door. And I am sure the Internet is a great escape for them as well. I have been far and wide in this world, and most people are all the same. Yeah they may not be that open but everyone has to get to their own freedom in their own way and own time. So many of them just chat, and disappear when it comes down to meeting. But in my single days I had girls from the church meet me in private, and well. :) I used to like to think that is was because I was a hottie. but I think I have come to realize it was them who was hot, and needed release, and trusted me to be quiet about it. I am sure many think about swinging. But I doubt many would even talk to their spouse about that. The one issue I have with the Church is that they tend to control through fear, and I bet many guys and girls would like to bring up the topic. But fear their spouse will freak and they will be in front of the bishop. Most be a scary place to be, I am very lucky to have been raised in a very liberal, open, agnostic home. That upbringing seems to leave so many insecurity's, and doubts about ones self. anyway sorry to be long winded.
