Swinging and Children Don't Mix With Me, What about You? - Unforgettable experience - I have to say, having children and trying to meet with couples can be very hard on your lifestlye. Family always comes first in my book, but it doesn't seem like every parent thinks that, which is why I'm letting you know why they should start thinking about it. We thought that maybe if we could meet with a couple that also have a child or has children, that we could have a better, lasting relationship and have other things to enjoy with these couples, besides just swinging. Well, one couple didn't work out with us and I don't know how to go about letting them know they were wrong in what happened. I'm the only one that even seemed to get upset about the situation and I wanted to get others opionion to make sure I don't owe an opology to them. Here's what happened..... Me and my husband met with a couple at a swingers club, which was off-premise, and we talked some and explained we had children and that we wanted to meet with couples, but it was hard with younsters and it was also hard to find a reliable and trusting babysitter to be able to enjoy the night out. They the told us they had a child and that if we wanted to talk more and get to know each other better, that we could come to their home for a dinner, with our kids. Now...we explained up front that we don't play seperate and we definitely did not play if we had our children with us. They said that it wouldn't be a problem, no hank-panky with kids around, because they too had a small one. This sounded really great to us, because we thought we found a good couple to be friends with and have some extra benefits too, if we wanted. Well, things started out okay. We were greeted at the door by the family, and our kids was introduced to their child, and was showed some computer games and such to play. That gave us time to talk a little to the couple and was shown the outside of their home and such before dinner. After dinner is when everything went WRONG. First, I had to go to the bathroom. Well, while I was gone to the bathroom, the Mrs. decide to give my hubby a tour of the rest of the house, mainly the extra bedroom....and when I asked the hubby where my hubby was, he said.."Don't worry about them, they'll be okay for awhile"...well, that really ticked me off, especially knowing our children were now mixed up in this...and our oldest asking where his daddy went with that lady.....that was about the last straw for me....but I was in these peoples home, not mine, and I respect others homes, but in this situation, I was ready to leave, and without my other half....because he too knew our rules of playing. Well, when the Mrs. and mine came back up, my other half knew I was mad, but for some strange reason, he felt like he had to still play around with her, and in the same room all the children were in!!!! Not to mention, she couldn't keep her hands off him, which was not making my situation of trying to calm down any easier. When I finally got my hubby alone, I "very persistantly" told him me and the kids were leaving...NOW..and if he was smart he had better be out the front door before me or I would leave him there, and I truely meant it. I was so angry and hurt by all of the happenings around me, I thought that if this is what it's like to try and swing...FORGET IT...my nerves or marriage weren't going to stay together if this is what I had to look forward to everytime. My hubby didn't get out the door before me..he was too busy kissing the Mrs good-bye....and I mean french-kissing..... but, thank Goodness I got the kids out the door before me....and that didn't help out any on his part, believe me. We stopped swinging for many years after that because of trust with one another and with other couples saying one thing and then doing another. This particular couple apparently feels that nothing was wrong with what happened, and actually contacted us again after many, many, many years after this incident happened. I'm not one either to "shun" anyone, but this expereince really bothered me then, and still does, and after them contacting us again, through an e-mail, not by phone, it makes me wonder about my feelings on the matter. Am I wrong to feel this way, even after all these years? I do trust my husband NOW, after the bad expereinces, because there was one more after that, but it took alot of talking, yelling, and regaining a trust that is hard to achieve after something that drastic that involved your kids in the process. I e-mailed them back, but I know it was short and blunt, nothing mean, I don't do things like that, but what if they try again to contact us...what do I say? Any help/advice/opinions is appreciated. Hope no one ever has to expereince something like this...most marriages would never have lasted unless you really had a great understanding with your mate, and we put ours to the test and passed.......barely.

Swinger & 🦄 Bait - An experiment to attract swingers and unicorns. - We should think about doing a grocery store TAKEOVER! Everyone meet at ______ grocery store at this time and place an upside down pineapple and unicorn cereal in your cart! LOL...so nerdy...we should do it. How funny would that be. We’d totally do it!

Does anybody really... - ANOTHER annoying poll. - ...fuck anymore? We've talked to quite a few people who have been in the lifestyle for some time now and have yet to hook up and fuck so we thought we'd ask the obvious question as to whether swingers actually still hook up and fuck each other. *Disclaimer: Though we've been in the lifestyle for a long time we've never been SUPER active and have actually gone months at a time and even, occasionally, a few YEARS without playing. In fact, right now it's been probably 2-3 years since we've actually fucked anyone else because life has a tendency to totally get in the way sometimes. 1) Yes, actually. We hook-up and fuck regularly. We're actually quite slutty and fuck other people every chance we get...and that's fairly often. 2) Nope. Swinger sex is just an urban legend...a myth. Nobody really fucks anyone else. Only in Penthouse Letters...or in bad pornos. 3) 2 or 3 YEARS?!!? What are you, monks?!!? 4) We've been wondering the same thing. We're sorta new and have yet to fuck anybody. 5) Swinging is dead. It's been replaced by CrossFit and video games. 6) We'll fuck you, Evil. We're totally into throwing someone a pity fuck. 7) We wouldn't fuck you guys with somebody ELSE'S genitals! 8) You should try the nude beach at the GSL. One billion brine flies can't be wrong. 9) Sex with others is SCARY. We're just here for the titillation factor. 10) You think YOU have trouble getting laid. Try being a single male. 11) Feel free to add your own poll answer. ps-We're NOT trying to get laid. We're just bored (and a little drunk) on a Sunday evening and there's nothing good on TV. Girls that are into DP - How common is this activity among the swingers? - Oh yes, DP is awesome. Still have yet to try the DV but am looking forward to the oppertunity. Kittycat27...very sexy..:-)

Is it a “preference” or is it “ discrimination” - -
Discrimination can be against non-physical attributes as well (Political and religious are the two most obvious nowadays.) But I would call almost everything else a preference, at least as far as swinging is concerned. One of the biggest hurdles we found when we first entered the lifestyle was people who were upset that, for whatever reason, we didn't want to fuck them. Their mindset was, "We're swingers and you're swingers so what's the problem? Let's fuck!" We did, eventually, come to the realization that in some instances our first impression, based on looks or whatever, could be overcome, in time, by getting to know people better and eventually finding a different kind of attractiveness that trumped simple physical attraction. YMMV
Oh of course discrimination can be against non-physical ... my question was can a non-physical attribute be just a preference and not be discrimination .. it sounds like you think so ... other than maybe with political or religious? Hmmm so let’s say someone keenly despises Trump, or Bernie (not that anyone does lol) .... like really can’t stand them. And someone crazy hot that LOVEs Trump, like wears a red MAGA hat loves, wants to hook up ... Could the political disposition “preference” still be only a preference, and not discrimination, if it gets in the way of any possible sexual attraction ?

We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Thanks for all the great advice. We still would love to hear more. In this specific situation we had talked about boundries and thought we all understood them. The first time the guy came and then kinda got wierd as my husband was still with his wife. That should have been a huge red flag for us. The next night they still wanted to hang out and confirmed with us they were cool with everything and how he is just shy. So we decided to give it another try. We thought the way he handled it was very rude and immature. Granted when things get started your feelings may change after you have already started but you should never just walk out. We would have understood and if he would have told us how he felt. We will take this as a learning experience and hope it doesn't happen again. Again, still open to more advice.....

Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? -
i like to eat babies. they taste like chickens. and chickens taste like babies.
Aw...Kitty, you been listening to Eddie Izzard again?

KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - The news has never been about balance. They have to keep up with what public perception is. Or they create the public perception they want. Lets not talk about Utah having the highest teen pregnancy rate in the nation... or the fact that Utah and all of the wonderful enlightened mormons have a higher divorce rate than the rest of the nation... Lets talk about one lady. Obviously confused about more than her weight, with a bad marriage to start with. Who as a mormon, decided to "swing" to fix her marriage! Get this woman in a facility and FAST! ... We have enjoyed the lifestyle for a number of years and have an amazing marriage and are very much in love. Which according to her and this news piece is just not possible! God I love Utah sometimes...

What is up with Swingular and Drama? - - Drama is on every swinger forum because, just like every other social group out there, some swingers never really graduated from junior high. There will always be the people that thrive on drama or have to build themselves up by causing others grief. Also : Anonymity on the internet empowers douche bags. These two factors combined explain away a lot.
