Disneyland swingers - - Damn we are always a week late for some fun. Anyone else going?

Feelings on Karma - spouses in a open relationship that break the rules, then will allow you to also - Are you serious? If it sounds like a good topic for The Jerry Springer Show... People like that are not good "swingers" for lack of a better term. They are foolishly wagering their relationships to be self indulgant (sp?). The Lifestyle is about TRUST. It is about HONESTY. and believe it or not, supreme COMMITTMENT. I dont even really see how your situation has anything to do with swinging. The rules were set. The rules were broken. It is simply CHEATING. Anyone who would enter in to a committed relationship, whatever type it is, only to break the rules that you two have agreed on as a couple is selfish in my book. This means you had NO respect for your partner. NO respect for thier feelings. And absolutely NO respect for the relationship. So why bother!? Cheating is NOT a tennis ball to be whacked back and forth between courts, or awarded as some kind of concellation prize to the victim when one is caught. I think that behavior is just sick. But thats just my little tiny .02 cents. Luvbugs! (mR.) :s

Swingers Next Door! - ABC news story on Swinging! - I've heard that the A&E show is just what I thought it'd be, the young & beautiful and tension emanating from the vanilla neighbors. Of the 3 things I expected, so far, apparently, there hasn't been a marriage destroyed by swinging, but I'd be surprised if that doesn't turn out to be part of this "reality" show. But after just 1 episode, it looks like I'm 2 out of 3. I'm sorry, but I really think the show is an attempt, probably successful, to exploit something most people would find edgy and fascinating. I'd love to see a REAL reality show about swingers, but somehow I doubt that will ever happen because it wouldn't fit the "successful TV show" formula well enough. The closest I know of to an honest portrayal of things society thinks are taboo was that "real sex" series. And look how long that lasted. Certainly not long enough to have covered the many things that would have fit into the show's premise. If it was still running now there'd still be lots of things out there for new episodes. My suspicion is that while the title might have been, the actual shows just weren't sensational enough for it to be a long term success. ~ Terry

Seeking mormon swingers - - "Your comments are ignorant." To try and say that nicely...You sound like an awesome fun couple that I'd love to get to know, and I REALLY hope you have a great time in Salt Lake City! Maybe we'll even get a chance to meet. I'm Mormon, and have lived in many different areas of the world and work in a very culturally diverse career, and I just have to say, "Your Mormon experiences, as you described them, are not the norm." The folks here are really very much like everyone everywhere else. I wish the comments here on this site were less harsh at times.

A Place In The Lifestyle - - Well, It sounds more like a Utah club. We do not have swinger clubs here. Unless the club wishes to work at keeping people that are not in the lifestyle out, you may have to find another way to determine the swinging couples. Maybe the swinger wrist bands are a good idea at that club to identify others in the lifestyle. It would take some work on your part talking with those you may already know are in the lifestyle. You may not wish to wear them other places but it would solve a lot of problems for you in the club. Now the other question of who belongs is very difficult to answer. A lot of swingers do not swing very often or with very many others. So I see little difference between meeting one lifestyle or the other. As long as you are comfortable with your lifestyle, and asking another person if they are in the lifestyle, I do not see how you can lose. In Utah the chances are always slim that anyone will say yes straight away if they do not already know you. I would say that since it is a swinger club you have a greater chance than we do here at finding people in the lifestyle and you might even find some converts.

Another Swingers Show on TV - - "The more main stream swinging becomes the more support swinging will have in the community at large. Once swingers have a beloved, adorable, polite and sexy out of the closet, celebrity, hosting a variety show on a major network it will probably become very cool to let all our friends and co-workers know we are swingers and it will become very politically correct for non swingers to defend and support us." There will be an openly gay man signing laws in the oval office along with his polygamist vice pres. and transgendered Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff...all smoking a joint LONG before there is anything close to that kind of acceptance towards swingers. "Can't Say No" Party - Who'd be interested in coming? - we would be in, but as far as attraction goes there has to be some, most swingers are great people but we wouldn't fuck all the swingers out there, chemistry is great but there has to be attraction, get it rolling and let us know, we would love to see who'd go.

Swingers - a couples only lifestyle? - Are singles considered to be swingers? - The term "swinger" is a label, plain and simple. I like to think that sexuality is about the moment, not some label. These days I tend to get pissy when someone refers to me as a "swinger". Its lumping me together with people that are not at all like me.

Verified "Real" People - -
Sorry folks, you are wrong. This is not a "who is cheating on their spouse" site. This is a swingers' website. A site designed to allow persons to have sex with other persons who are not their legal spouse. The question is, "verified REAL people". The gentleman in question, who INFORMED the young lady who started this post that he was married and cheating, was apparently VERY real. It is not up to you to call this man out as someone to stay away from. It is ENTIRELY up to you whether or not you want him to have sex with your wife, KNOWING he is married and cheating. Else, where do we draw the line? Is it up to me to send a note to the entire community if I believe your wife had a hygiene problem? Should I call her out by name in a forum and label her as someone to stay away from? I think not. The question was whether or not the guy was real...he was...and, again, probably more "real" than most of the people on this site.

I am really interested in the feature as it is suppose to help clear out the fake people on the site, right?? I just talked with a "Single Male" that is interested in hooking up with couples and single females. However he isn't single he is married and is looking to cheat on his wife. So why do we even have that feature when they verifies a liar.
Sorry DE2OFUS, but you are wrong. The verification process is to verify that a Couple is is a real couple or a Single Female is a Single Female and not a Single Male masquerading as a couple or single female as a way to infiltrate the site being something other than a single male. That was happening at the beginning of this site. It caused a lot of problems. It is not a question of whether this person is a real person or not. But, if we were to take the Real Seal literally, it is for 'Verification' to prove that this person is what he claims. He claimed on his profile to be 'single'. He admitted he is NOT single. Therefore the verification would have been false as he was NOT a Real 'Single' Male. He was married, whether cheating or not.
As a matter of fact [The VIP and REAL seal verification] was NEVER intended for single males and we actually stopped verifying them because people were thinking that we were vouching for them. The only purpose the seal serves is to know that you are truly talking to real couples or single females. Single men have it hard as it is so why would anyone want to fake being one. And when we verify somebody, we do not verify their looks, age, color, build or any physical property so that doesn't help single men either.
For the people who do care if the SM is lying or not, men like this do a great disservice to a SM like myself who is honest and truly single, not lying on his profile about his status. And remember that Swinging by it's nature must be about honest communication. It doesn't matter that this person 'admitted' a lie. What matters is that he LIED, and that the person who posted this question wanted him to be single, not a lying cheater.
