La2016 - Need advice - I agree with what lookin4fun369 says, but you also need to be prepared to be approached by couples if you venture out into the event space. What you're looking for based on your profile is the same thing that the majority of swingers are also keeping an eye out for... The elusive unicorn. Yes these magical creatures do exist, but they are difficult to corral. There are many that can be found behind the lcd of your computer screen, but to actually entice one into a dinner date, followed up with play time can be seemingly impossible at times! In fact... We had one completely disappear after making a dinner date just hours before this very night!!! Yes... We had communicated for several days and she made the arrangements... Only to disappear in a trail of glitter. Do not be discouraged, as your quest will certainly take you on the adventure of a lifetime... But keep in mind... Sometimes it's the journey, not the destination that the excitement lies. Best of luck!

Are swingers moral? - Who determines what morals are? -
I was raised to believe that morality and the law are the same thing. People, in LDS society anyway, seem to profess that being moral is obeying the law and that is what they teach their children in church. I have always assumed that other religions do the same thing. But what seems to be said here is that swingers feel that the law has little or nothing to do with morality and that we are perfectly willing to break the law for our own pleasure. Is that what we are saying here.
Depends on what you are considering law. I think even in the LDS tradition there is an understand that God's law is higher than man's or governments law. A large part of the controversy of LDS polygamy comes because it was in disobedience to the law. Where church leaders believed that following their religious conviction was more important then what U.S. law said. But if you are taking some overarching moral law, like Kants categorical imperative then maybe. I think most swingers have the same ends in mind and no is being used as a means for an end. However that being said, I think most swingers seem to follow a more utilitarian guideline that pleasure is good and what promotes pleasure is good.

Why Be In Utah? - -
Actually I've always wondered the same thing about Florida. Substitute the crazy Mormons for the Bibile thumpers from Orlando north into the panhandle, add in the hurricanes, torrential rains, gaters, snakes and mosquitos...besides, I've heard the snow skiing is HORRIBLE there. But I'll bite. 1) No porn. You can buy dirty magazines but (unless you know where to go) hard core x-rate movies are technically illegal to sell. A non-issue in the internet age. If you're still buying dvd's at the local porn emporium you need to maybe update your computer or your media server or something. 2) No real beer. Again a myth. You can only buy 4% (by volume) beer in grocery stores but you can get full strength beer at state liquor stores, restaurants and places like brewery stores. Try getting ANYTHING to drink in some dry towns/counties in the Bible Belt. 3) True to some extent, although Salt Lake City itself is VERY eclectic and quite liberal politically. But at least our LDS lawmakers know basic female anatomy and have somewhat of a grasp of proven basic science. No kooky evangelicals freaking out every time someone mentions birth control or evolution. 4) Most people are afraid of Mormons? Really? I've heard they have horns and the missionaries CAN be a little annoying when you're fucking and they're ringing the doorbell but I don't think people are truly afraid. Besides, contrary to popular belief the swing scene here is alive, active and vibrant. I'd wager that per capita we have more, and more active, swingers than just about any place you can name. All that repressed Mormon sexuality eventually bubbles to the surface and until you've fucked a formerly repressed little Mormon girl who's discovering her sexuality you, my friend, haven't fucked! :-)
EVILDOERS summed it up nicely. I would also add that the cost of living is lower than most "cool" places in the country. Also, the people here seem to be much more attractive than in most states(it probably has something to do with the water). No matter where you live there will be good and bad qualities, but overall the good outweighs the bad in Utah. It's just what you make of it.

Secret Swingers Club Ogden, UT - Clubs - Dress code for unspoken

SM's and Bootycall Postings.. - Really guys.. get a clue. - This is Lia...specifically. Single males?...hmm..I've had plenty of single males over the past 5 years who make their pointless attempts at hooking up with me and or my husband in a three way scenario. Granted, I am about as adventurous as you can get. I have no specific problem with the single guy hitting on me, but the drama that tends to wrap itself around me after is just something I don't need or want. I was very into a single guy a couple of years back and he did actually become one of my best friends to this day and is now married, but that, in itself, was riddled in drama created by nosy, big mouthed people who always want to start shit instead of minding their own business. If you decide you like someone for a while and are seen with them more than not, people say you are "exclusive" and try to put false damage on your marital status. Get a life, assholes. So...single males?...Enjoy yourselves...be respectful...and don't get too excited thinking you're every married couples answer to their failed marriage..swingers, when they are stable, are out there for fun. We may want the occasional single, we may not. It's about choice. My choice, at this time, is to refrain from said single guy, lol...but kudos to those of you "gettin some"...it's all in fun. Or at least it's supposed to be.

ogden meet and great - - Yes club wet. I wasn't going to say swingers convention or put up a sign just a get together.

Staying a couple in the lifestyle - - We've been at the LS nearly our entire 15 year marriage.. and we've always done things as a couple. Even way back when we were newly hatched swingers, we've always done it as a couple, and we've used our real names from the beginning, mostly because we're not creative enough to come up with fake names. Neither of us would make good actors, because we'd never respond to anything but our real names either 🤣 We started this together with equal gusto with the idea of having fun together while having sex with other people at the same time, and with people we want to be friends with, and not exclusively in the bedroom either. Has it always worked out that way? No but that's okay. We've always still managed to have fun. Anything that we can experience with each other and share together has made it 100% worthwhile. The day we can't have fun doing this together is the day we go back to being sexually monogamous. Simple as that. But the REAL secret to why we're still happily married is that there is one thing we do separately, which may be problematic for some. It's scary sharing this, but here goes.... We don't share blankets. We can't do it. We've tried, and it doesn't work for us. We're both very needy in regards to tossing and turning and being wrapped in our own blankets. Plus, we've got our individual blanket needs that can't be met with exclusively with the same one.

Can someone enlighten me? - -
I'm just curious... like I mentioned in another thread, now that my thong pic isn't our primary profile pic we're suddenly getting a LOT of blind friend requests (well, I assume they're blind because they didn't wanna be BFF's when it was MY ass they were lookin' at. [em]Emo_59[/em] But I digress. So am I the only one who kinda has a problem accepting a friendship request from people with absolutely no pictures whatsoever in their profiles, little or no info of any kind in the written portion that would lead me to believe we might have anything in common or give me any reason whatsoever to let them look at our private pics in all their glory? I think this would make a good poll. What do you think the number one reason someone would have no pics at all in their profile? 1) They're shy....no, I mean REALLY fucking shy! 2) They don't own a camera, a phone with a camera, know someone who owns a camera or have a pencil to at least draw a stick figure of themselves. 3) They're in the Federal Witness Protection Program. 4) They're internationally famous movie stars and charge for autographed photos. 5) They can't quite figure out all this computer/internet/Instagram shit. 6) They really don't give a fuck but would REALLY appreciate it if we'd open our pics because their fap folder is gettin' low. 7) They're ghosts/vampires/aliens who are physically unable to be photographed. 8) They're not really swingers. They work for the NSA (or the LDS church) 9) None of your damned business. Just open your fucking face pics to them!
#7 Well we are vampires but I promise we have pics lol

A&E New show about swingers... - neighbors with benefits.... -
/snip/This is a lifestyle that must eat the crumbs that fall from the gay lesbian table to acquire any "me to" acceptance. /snip/
Huh? I heard they have an agenda, now they have furniture?

lost with people - florida wanna be swingers - As so many have already mentioned, MANY advertise and MANY state they are wanting to meet other people but when it comes time to walk the talk is when you find out there is a lot of wanna be's and BS out there. We changed our ad to be very blunt but it helps keep away those who are seeking additional photos, or those who just want to email to death and seem to never want to chat on the phone or meet in person. We think this is another reason some people don't post a picture, or post a picture showig them with another couple. We respect privacy, but you can block out eyes, faces or do a few things with the photo that still allows others to get a pretty good idea what you look like without giving away who you are. Then there are the cases where all of a sudden your picture shows up as being the wife on some elses profile! The lifestyle is truly a wonderful way to live. For those of us who live this way of life, finding other real people is always a hunt. But when you do finally meet someone you click with - the magic truly begins. We would think Florida would be better than where we live (Montana), but I think no matter where you live you will run into fakes, liars, wanna be's, cheats and all out BS. Good luck to you in your search and we hope things get better for ya.
