Disabled Swingers - - "Disabled" is one of those heavily loaded but so vague it's actually meaningless words that our pop culture loves so much. This is a subject I am profounding involved in both personally and professionally. For example, did you know that alcoholism can be a disabling disease under federal regulations, and that alcoholics are protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act just like a child with Cerebral Palsy or a quadriplegic adult trauma survivor in a motorized wheelchair? That's a pretty wide range of conditions and causation! Woudn't you agree? I am a disabled veteran. A huge percentage of former NFL football players and professional fighters have "disabilities." Some CURRENT players do, too! I have a quadriplegic friend who has climbed Mt. Everest. I know an Army Sargeant who is serving in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan after losing both of his legs. And I know alcoholics whom I wouldn't trust to take out the trash. So this all seems very subjective, doesn't it? That's because it is! You cannot put people with disabilities in a box any more than you can people without disabilities. Therefore, it is equally impossible to know in advance whether or not you would be sexually attracted to them. You will have to meet them, get to know them a bit, and see for yourself. But make no mistake: "disabled" does NOT automatically apply to sex! One of the most profound Abilities of people with disAbilities, is the ability to adapt and improvise to compensate for their abnormalities. And some disabilities (like bipolar disorder, autism, etc.) are actually the OVER-abundance of things that normal people have and/or experience in smaller doses or less frequently. I'm sure you've all heard of the medical condition "Priapism" by now. This "something wrong with you" is when the male penis remains erect no matter what...the permanent boner. This condition can be painful, embarassing, highly inconvenient, and a helluva lot of fun for awhile! But to the person toting that thing around all the time, it becomes a disability. Get the idea?

Bottom line, a swinger, to you, is whatever YOU decide one is and if you consider yourself a swinger then you're a swinger. Someone else's definition is meaningless. JMHO

Question for those in the lifestyle - What is the answer! - I'm not going to speculate as to who caused his dilemma, there's not information and it's one sided. I think his main problem now is VENUE. Why would you choose swinging as a method for satisfying your sexual REQUIREMENTS? You're not going to find a more unsympathetic group of people when it comes to cheating, it goes against the whole ideology of swinging. Why not open a road side porn shop in Iran, sooner our later you will have a customer but you'll mostly get dirt blown in your face. I'll give you the 4 stars for the honesty, it's always good to have a heads up you might get named in a civil suit (divorce) and have to appear in court and explain to the good judge why we were bedding her hubby and how we all met, so yes you get props for the honesty. Among our vanilla friends which includes people we work with, family members, friends of friends etc. the number of swingers pales in comparison to the number of cheaters. If this group ever UNIONIZES we are in deep doody, they have the numbers in membership. Your "unique" situation has the potential of bringing great drama to couples who just like getting naked with a few friends as an escape from everyday life. You have been on this site well over 2 years, that could mean you have had a lot of dirt blown in your face and you thought it was time to mount an ad campaign. My advice, look for the UNION LABEL.

why is it ! - - I think it's all or mostly about perspective, physical perspective. We get to see them having sex from a totally different angle. When we are involved we can't see the whole picture (or is that hole picture). We are also, caught up in the in the event as well. So when we see them in the throws of passion (since I'm such an illiterate schmuck, the word fucking would suffice) we have a different view and a different "perspective". If we are also, and at the sme time engaged with the guy's wife we may also get that little feeling of naughtiness added to the voyeuristic sense we experience. If we are truely swingers we have grown beyond the urge to pounce upon the other fellow since we conscienously, both husband and wife conscented and made the decission to have sex with others and placed jealousy in a trunk somewhere. So I really think it is a different perspective than we get when we have sex with them.
