Has swinging changed? - - I've been trying to quantify the changes we're seeing but it's a little hard to pin down. For one thing, there seem to be quite a few people sticking their heads in and quickly retreating. Perhaps it's the ease of entry that allows "lookie Lous" to sort of check things out without really risking actually MEETING someone. LOL Another thing we've noticed is that there seem to be more people treating swinging as simply another way to hook up for NSA sex. I mean I know at it's core that's what swinging is but it's almost become a wham, bam, thank you ma'am culture rather than the sensuality of sharing your body with a caring generous lover. Foreplay almost seems to have become perfunctory (if it happens at all) and there's more of a "down and dirty by nine thirty" attitude than there used to be. It's almost a hit it and quit it or get in, get out, go home culture now. Many people just seem to be in such a hurry to fuck that they don't really want to take any time to get to know each other a little first. Maybe I'm seeing things but it just seems like it's changed a lot since we started swinging. I was talking to some people on another site and one guy postulated that the changes were due to the scene being so diluted by people with varied interests that there just aren't a lot of "pure" swingers anymore. 'Neighbors with Benefits' to air on A&E - Excited to watch? - I agree 100%. This show is going to be comprised of a bunch of hot women and men. It will not represent the swinging community in any other way than people hooking up with people other than their significant other. But what do you expect, TV is all about ratings. Take the show Polyamory for example. That show didn't have the greatest ratings and I believe it to be that they used real people. Not just the best looking ones they could find. Without ratings a show can not survive and the network can not make money. This is the reason that we will probably never see a show that highlights the real life of swingers.

Tampa Bay area is the most adult friendly city in the USA, more adult oriented businesses per capita than anywhere in the USA...2 nudist resorts (our preferance for swinging is Paradise Lakes, they seem more open to it and have never heard, "OOOOOOOO They are swingers! (with disgust in their voices)" there, but have numerous times at Caliente)...Plenty of Swing Clubs (both on and off site)...and a few theatres where playing is not only allowed, but encouraged and set up for (glory holes, couches, etc)...
New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - The Moose is still alive and well! We talked with the new man that is now running the place last Friday night when we were there, and he has some great ideas to make the Moose better than ever! Here's a little info that we learned about the new changes, and we want to share it with everyone.:
* Friday's are now Lifestyle night. It use to be "Gay Night" (as it was always referred as), and the Lifestyle just shared the club with them. It is still open to the public; however, they are trying to get the Lifestyle to take over Friday's.
* Upstairs will still be reserved for Lifestyle guests, and will still require a wristband for access. There will be a bartender upstairs.
* The price to get in is $5.00 for Lifestyle members per person. This includes a free shot ticket and access to the upstairs. YOU MUST SPECIFY THAT YOU ARE WITH THE LIFESTYLE GROUP when paying; otherwise, you'll have to pay the $10.00 per person price that the general public will have to pay to get in.
* The dance floor will still be for everyone.
* Once a month they will have a live band on Friday nights. This will begin on this Friday night, April 13, 2018. The band this week is CHANGING LANES, and is sure to be a great performance and lots of fun! You can Google them to get an idea of their music.
* When the live band is done, there will still be a DJ playing music so the dancing and fun can continue. There will be a live DJ every week.
* One of the biggest complaints about the Moose in the past has been that it's too loud to socialize. There will be a sound man that will now control the volume of the music upstairs so that we can all talk and meet new people and actually be able to hear what each other are saying. It will still be loud enough to enjoy and dance to, so don't worry about losing the music vibe that pumps us all up! Please note, when the live band is playing, they control the volume, not the Moose personnel.
So good things are coming for the Moose Lounge, and it's up to US to make it a success! Let's get out and have some fun together this Friday night...and Every Friday night!
There are not a lot of options for the lifestyle in Utah. We can make this club our own and finally have a decent place to hang out.

What is is with local couples? - Anyone else seem to have the problem with couples local to where you live NOT wanting to meet? - Your success on this site is based mostly on locale. Because the site's owner is located in Taylorsville, UT, then it stands to reason that the density of "Swingular Member" swingers will be the greatest in Utah and will slowly trickle out until enough people in your areas sign up.
We have quite a bit of success on swingular because we live in Utah. We are originally from Oregon and have had great success since we've moved here. If we decide to move back, I don't think our results will be nearly as good. I've searched our old zip code and the results were horrible. Try it yourself. Our results are phenomenal here in Utah because of shear numbers.
Sure there are asshole and fakes on here, but I don't think that's the problem. I think the problem is that swingular is not that big in most states other than here and Florida, which is where it was born.
We are very outgoing and love to meet new people. We have no problem "meeting" anyone. There should be no problem meeting. Just because you meet doesn't mean you fuck. If anyone expects that result every time they meet people, they are ignorant fools. You have to be attracted to the other people for the sex part to work. We can be friends with anyone we find to be cool. For the "Friends with Benefits" clause to kick in, we have to both be attracted. After all, who the hell wants to have sex with a person they don't find sexy? The point of the lifestyle is to make certain fantasies come true and reach new levels of gratification, not to make you feel cheapened, repulsed or violated.
