What would you do if you knew a member is fake? - Fake cpls on swing sites - I can see your dilemma, but are you sure they are fake and not just desperate, lifeless, pitiful fools? at the end of their pitiful ropes? Maybe just crude, rude, hillbilly rednecks or something? We get hit up by the same single males quite often, seems as though they shoot in the dark hoping for some sort of outcome, and then quickly move on when they don't get a response. then a couple months or so later, back again with the same plan that didn't work the first time! Doesn't mean they are fake, just desperate, and obviously unorganized! The problem with outing people, AT ALL, is that you never know. Thing is you never know who will end up being your future Boss, co-worker, or client. (using as reference, you just never know) I myself am very turned off by smack talkers, had someone email me very recently talking smack to me (their idea of a warning) about someone I have known my entire life. Now how could they have known you ask? they couldn't have, but.......my advice to them......never smack talk, because you never know. (One persons "truth telling" is another's "Shit talking") I'm sure that full swap couples would view us as fakes because we are soft swappers, and then get butt hurt. (Only full swappers are real swingers blah blah blah) But I promise you we are as real as the next dumb ass. And probably spent more time realizing our place in the lifestyle and why we are here. Anyway sorry for the babbling. Just my 2 cents! ~K~

Lifestyles and Life I wrote this yrs ago - - There's 2 kinds of swingers. those that are, And those that want to be.

Question... - - Let me get this straight.... Wifey saw her hubby kiss you and said nothing? Wifey saw her hubby grope your posterior and said nothing? Then you touched hubby and she went ballistic? If those are the facts... you are safe and she's a schitzo. You did absolutely nothing wrong and THEY don't belong in the swingers scene.

Moab Utah - Swingers in Moab - We will be there in Mid October!

Casual sex - Seems like good news to us. - We've found that its much easier in California to just "hook up" because most of the clubs who cater to swingers have rooms, beds, pools and jacuzzi inside their premises and you bring your own drinks. Most of the times there is food and a bar to serve the drinks you bring so its all there and all you have to do is show up and dance, get naked and have sexy fun (not in that order).

Opening your marriage - How did the conversation come up? - It was pretty much a mutual idea. We both grew up in very strict religious (Yes, Mormon.) households. We took each other's virginity on our wedding night after a rather weird ceremony in the temple. Immediately we decided that we REALLY liked sex. We started discussing our fantasies and both wondering what we might have missed out on growing up and not being able to explore sexually like many of our less religious peers. We also enjoyed reading and telling each other erotic stories in bed. One day a few years after we got married, while living back east, I wandered into an adult bookstore to grab the latest Penthouse Letters and a cheaply printed "magazine" of adult ads for swingers caught my eye. I bought it and took it home. We'd read, of course, about swinging in Penthouse Letters but had never really considered that people actually DID it. Not too long after that, after MUCH fantasizing, we found ourselves parked outside a small house party, chugging Bartles and Jaymes, and daring each other to go in. That was in 1989! [em]Emo_12[/em]

Moving to Utah - -
wow! such mis-information - look at the stats of property evals and such - for the love of Buddha... one can make an intelligent assessment based on fact.
She is pretty close to correct. I have lived elsewhere but I like Utah. It does have its quirks but so does everywhere else. Life is what you make of it. There are areas with problems, mostly socio-economic in nature. Poor areas have more crime as a rule. Thus many of the older areas have higher rates of crime and problems in school but not all. 55 to 60 percent of the people in Salt Lake and Davis counties are non-LDS. However since the LDS are evangelistic in nature they have a tendency to want you to come to church. Most have gotten past the idea that letting their children play with non member children is a problem. Once they know you are not interested in joining they tend to leave you alone if you wish. But there are lots of good LDS and Non LDS neighbors. Work with a realtor and find an area in your price range where there are other children close to yours in age. On the north of SLC, Bountiful through Layton will be more rural as will Harriman and daybreak areas to the South West. There are a lot of nice new homes in the south west corner of Salt Lake County. The east bench tends to be more money but not always. In Utah property taxes pay for schools. The Provo/Orem area does have more LDS folks by percentage but not necessarily fewer swingers.

Habits: Vanilla or Not? - How to tell the difference? -
We went to Habits last night because multiple people have mentioned that it's a place that Utah lifestylers like to frequent. As we expected, it was generally difficult to tell the difference between lifestylers and vanillas (though we did recognize a few people from various events). We have no interest in offending a vanilla by making undesired advances. Nor are we looking to flip vanillas. That's just not our thing. We're really only interested in meeting stable couples that have experience in the lifestyle. So the obvious question is, what tricks do people have for differentiating lifestylers from vanillas at Habits?
This has been asked here many times before... here's what it boiled down to: 1) You can't tell by looking. 2) If you really want to know, you'll have to ask them. 3) Despite the fact that maybe 5% to 10% of the people there are swingers on any given weekend, it's not a swinger club, so if you're trying to meet swingers, it's very inefficient. Sorry.. wish there was a better answer.

KUTV News Story on Swingers - News - I think it'd be fit that after the expose airs some poor schlub at the station holds on to the profile and finds the key to a lifetime of happiness herein, finally able to be themselves.
