age versus pics - - We have always had pics with our profiles, and we don't mind letting people see who we are. We've never had any problems yet. We figure if someone sees us on a swingers website, they must be there for the same reasons we are, or they wouldn't be looking in the first place.
We have pictures from last week, and we have some from several years ago. I doubt if anyone could really tell the difference. We're one of those lucky couples who have looked the same for a long time. We feel that if our pics are an accurate view of what we really look like, it really doesn't matter how old they are. We'd never try to fool anyone about what we look like. That would be dishonest, and that's just not us.

We have some bad experience after adding a photo with our faces visual on the internet. And dont forget there are still couples that work in public places or have a job where the risk is too high to be known as swingers. Please respect it when couples keep their face hidden. However...even as a "last straw" knee-jerk reaction to some pushy couple that you perceived being perhaps a little obnoxious and assertive (not to mention fat, old and ugly), your approach was...well...reproachable.
Bringing an otherwise personal issue to the public eye, and targeting just one demographic group of swingers based on a narrow set of physical attributes:

In actuality, if it was indeed pushiness that tossed that proverbial last straw, and not the fact they were ugly...it was more of a personality turn-off than a physical one, don't ya think?

Black Rings - Do Swingers really? - We came across a piece of jewelry that is supposed to identify lifestyle participants that can be worn as a bracelet, necklace, anklet or pin. Its the shape of a heart combined with the infinity sign. We had one special made for Cyndi and when asked by vanilla people, we simply responded it stood for our love forever for each other. It was not long after we noticed another friend and neighbor wearing something similar. They had found it on a jewelry sight that caters to the lifestyle. Our friends are so vanilla they have no idea what they stumbled across. It seems there really is no for sure sign until you start swapping or taking your clothes off.
Swinging as solo Male part of a couple? - - This sucks and is good at the same time. I definitely understand the couples only thing, we were like that for a while and I have to admit I got real turned on watching the husband and my wife and also knowing that he is watching his wife and I. And it also assured me that they were real swingers.
I guess it is one of those lifestyle lessons. The part that sucks is that this time it is honestly a legit situation but too many cheaters and drama queens of the past have jaded most of us, including myself, in many ways
Where Should we go? - Have flight vouchers, where is a good swinger spot? - We've been to Hedo in Jamaica, Desire in Cancun, Caliente Caribe (formerly Eden Bay) in the Dominican Republic and the Swingers Cruise - all destinations multiple times.
Our experience says it doesn't matter where you go as much as who you go with. Since there is never a large contingency going from Utah, we always try to book when there is a takeover by a group.
Every time we have been adopted as soon as we got there just as if we had always been part of their group. We also usually go the week of Halloween. It's always a nasty celebration and it's at the very end of hurricane season. We've come close but have never had trouble with the weather yet.
I think Desire in Cancun is the easiest resort to push the rules to the limit. Hedo II in Jamaica would be second. The former Hedo III in Jamaica was a bit more restrictive. Caliente Caribe has recently become lifestyle friendly after Eden Bay was purchased by Caliente Resorts. Before, they were just a nudist resort. The swingers cruises allow nudity on the pool decks but you have to be dressed anywhere else on the boat with the exception of the playroom which is on one of the lower decks. Also, you usually have to remain dressed on the day the boat is port until that evening when the boat sails. Some ports are exceptions when the boat is anchored far enough away and they take you to shore on tenders.
If you like to take pictures of you and your partner on vacation, Desire is the most friendly. Hedo really frowns on pictures even if they are of you or someone in your group with their permission. We have managed however, to accumulate thousands of digital shots from all the resorts combined over the last few years.
We have had a blast at each resort/cruise and will continue to go back. But, we've found that it's all what you make it.
Why are there so many swingers from Utah? - - So many beautiful people in Utah... come down to Florida...one of the SWING states...LOL
sh*t swingers say - to preach to the choir - Before 4am is so true. We've left several parties that started at 6 or 7 where nothing was going on by midnight only to hear about how everyone got naked around 12:15. Some of us old folks just don't handle late nights very well.
