I Don't Care if You LIKE Me... Let's F**K! (???) - - We are not a "friends first" couple but the attraction has to be there personality-wise too. We totally agree about friendships in the lifestyle. We didn't enter it to make a bunch of new friends but wow, some of our best friends are swingers. What a great, unexpected benefit! Most of the people we are friends with we have not fucked. For some the personality attraction is there, for others the physical... and we need both. We even have some friends that are physically attractive to us, have personalities that make us very good friends, yet the sexual chemistry just seems awkward for whatever reason. Another odd observation of ours has been that a less physically attractive person becomes very attractive an fuckable with the right personality, but a very physically attractive person is sexually repulsive to us if they are an asshole. We have probably slept with less than 10% of our close friends in the swing community. Everyone we did play with did not end up a friend but not because we didn't like them. Sometimes it's just a matter of not having time to build a relationship and friendship not being a pre-requisite for us. Lifestyle Resorts - Which is best in your opinion? - A lot of good descriptions have been given. I don't want to rehash what has already been said, so I'll stick to a few new ones that I can add. Somewhat conflicting opinions have been given about Sea Mountain. If you want a detailed description of that place, please PM me. In California, you also have Black's Beach, just below Torry Pines golf course & glider port. It's a nude beach that is physically stressful to access & generally fairly sparse with people. If you like privacy, it can be a great place. Laguna Del Sol in California is probably the single largest nudist resort in the US. Play here is mostly on the down low. Florida's east coast has several traditional swing clubs that are close to Haulover nude beach. There is also a less traditional place called the Roof Top Resort in Lauderdale. It's a nude property where play is common. It has a pool on the roof & some play rooms as well as many overnight rooms. Deenies Hideaway is a low key on-premise place not too far from there where you can hang out by the pool or the pool table all day & all night. It's low key & frequented by moderately attractive people. It's usually not too packed. Trapeeze is an action packed club that is frequently packed & generally has a fairly pretty crowd. Miami Velvet is more of a dress to the 9's swing club. All of these are on-premise. The west side of Florida has a large concentration of clubs in Pasco County, which claims to boast the largest per-capita quantity of nudists in the US. Some facilities are laid back hippy type places. Some are very upscale & boast a wide variety of facilities. Some have large live-in communities. None that I know of in this area have an actual beach that you can use. The one that has a fresh water beach also has signs warning of alligators. Some have very active swingers in residence. Stabbing at swingers party? - - A stabbing in Herriman over the weekend has the media reporting it was a "swingers party". I am assuming this is because as the news reports a few couples "got frisky" in the basement, causing several people to reportedly leave and return less than an hour later and stab the party's 22-year old host. The three suspects were all 20 to 22 years old, also. Does anyone know anything about this? Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - What could possibly a better car than a "Woodie". We have a 47 Pontiac Woodie wagon. Its a great car, fun to drive and yes we get a lot of jokes about having a woodie.

Saturdays Vortex Party - - Just an idea. Even the wife and I have talked about this. When we first started in the L/S back in NC. We went to hotel Parties. Then a cpl from FL baught a house just for swinger parties. They didnt live there just opened it up on sat. for swingers. It was privite house so you didnt have to worry about cops and you could pretty much do as you like. We had a good time at the V but did not like the fact that on the dance floor there was a wall of guys just stairing you down. I know Ut has its own rules. LDS Survey Results - - Wow.... just wow. I would have hoped that since we have all made the decision to swing and embrace the lifestyle, that people would be accepting of one another. Does it really matter if someone is Mormon? Is it truly necessary to bash someone's religion to that extent? There should be no place or tolerance for that here. My husband and I are active LDS, and I am not ashamed to say so. We both attended BYU and we have no guilt. We took a marriage prep class in college and the teacher told us that whatever happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom. As long as both parteners are comfortable with what is going on and nobody is being degraded, it's all good. We view extra partners as a sex toy... nothing more. We keep our lines of communication open, we only play when our marriage is strong and we are not having any disagreements. It has actually saved our marriage and we are doing better than we ever have before. We both hold prominent callings in our ward. I thought this survey was very interesting... we haven't had much opportunity to meet other LDS swingers in so.cal (though we hear they do exist), so seeing the experiences and beliefs of others elsewhere is very nice.
