age versus pics - - We have always had pics with our profiles, and we don't mind letting people see who we are. We've never had any problems yet. We figure if someone sees us on a swingers website, they must be there for the same reasons we are, or they wouldn't be looking in the first place.

What is up with Swingular and Drama? - - OK let me start off by saying this is an IN GENERAL post. Swingular was the first swingers site we joined. We only come around here now pretty much to be amused. The reason for this is that we can't read more than 3 threads on the home page with out encountering MAJOR DRAMA. The people on here (in general) seem to have a favorite past time of arguing with each other and inciting others to join in the mary fun. The definition of a swinger has changed drastically and the description you provided still falls into that definition. A lot of people choose this lifestyle because of it's openness and sexual energy. You don't have to have sex with everyone you meet to be a swinger or be in the lifestyle. Selectivity is a virtue and you have the right. Most swingers rarely hook up with others until they find the 'right' situation. But that doesn't make you less of a swinger than those who do every weekend.

This lifestyle - What are we really? - I guess we are Poly-Swingers. Basically we are and have been swingers for some time now, I however, am quite poly and have several lady friends who I love deeply. Finding 2 couples is not as difficult as some might think. One of my lady friends is married and our families are quite close. Fact is they are not swingers at all but she is poly and he is poly friendly. The other is separated and both my wife and I love this lady to the ends of the earth. So we are poly.
Now, we are also swingers . We do have sex with people that we are not in love with. We do, however, care about people and we prefer to get to know people first before sex. We have been known to get it on on the first meeting if the chemestry is right.... I don't see any division in swinging because someone may be poly but enjoys sex with people that just hit it off.

A Place In The Lifestyle - - We have a local swingers club in Tampa that is advertised as a swinger clubs
and most seem to be in the swing lifestyle that is there and, we always have a
good time while there... but here is what we see as a little problem. The bar
part of the club is also open to non swingers(vanilla).And as we look around the
room we notice more & more couples coming knowing it is a lifstyle club and
loves the sexy atmosphere and loves to party but not to swap. We have talked
to a few couples who told us they like the swinger club environment and how
everyone is so open with their sexuality and love to play with each other, but
they are not into swapping with other people.
We know some will say couples likes this are not swingers and do not have a
place in the swinger lifestyle. When you go to a swinger club, you expect people
are there to meet and hook up with other swingers.
Would you still call them swingers?
