I’m defense of single males - Funny old geezers - We are in our sixth year on this site. We are also currently on three more sites, even after dropping two more. When we joined Swingular, we were taken aback from the negativity toward single guys. We did not see this this level of animosity on any other of the sites we are or were on. Aside from the folks from Idaho and Wyoming (and very, very few nationwide), this site is predominately Utah based. I am not negatively judging Utah since a survey or research was never done, but we had to wonder if this hatred is a Utah thing. Or was it a few couples who made it seem normal to criticize, demean, humiliate; and then everyone just jumped on the bandwagon? Human history has taught us that ostracizing is easier than accepting. Who knows? We certainly don't understand it. Many couples correctly point out that single guys are not [b]"swingers"[/b] since they don't swap. But, we believe that single guys are part of the [b]"lifestyle"[/b] for many couples. Why is fmf ok, but mfm is not ok? As a side note: The vast majority of our play is with couples(our preference). But we occasionally like mfm for the different dynamics it offers. Dancing in SLC - - As a club promoter for many years in SLC, there are some great clubs. Depends on what type of music, atmosphere and crowd you are looking for. Habits is a hit amongst the many on this site and is a great club I have worked with since its opening. The owner doesn't want it to be known as a swingers club, but it is the only upscale higher end club (with a dress code) where you will find very classy and sexy people. On any Fri and or Sat you will find about 20-30 couples from this site that frequent it. Music consists of the top 40 and some hip hop with some oldies (70's - 80's) thrown in the mix from time to time. They do have dinner menus. Port-O-Call is a great one on Friday nights and you will find more of the college crowd there. Top 40 and techno. Be there before 10:00 or you will wait in line for about an hour plus. They do have dinner menus. Area 51 is more of a Fetish type club that have many different parties. Music consists of more techno and house. Sky Bar on the 13th floor of the RedLion downtown is a great club as well. Just talked to the owners of that club this week and they have a great crowd and many sexy and classy people they say. Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - we are looking for friends ,, the friends i have now,, we can party & set around , talk, joke. and whatever.and not worry about what is said or who said it. To give you an example our friend Glen got him a new girlfriend she is spanish, now our friends are people of all colors different religons, there polish italian, irish, african american, etc..etc.. But Glens new girlfriend is new to the crowd. She been dating him for about 4 months. Now we don't swing with any of these people, the problem we have is this ,in our group of friends and Glen is in agreement with this , that we all have to watch what we say now if we say anything that has to do with spanish people, as in joking,cutin' up, whatever.she will get mad. If you can't sit around and joke and cut up without anyone getting offended then your not friends. We have tried to discuss this with her, to no aveil...
