That's right... although "took the money and ran" still seems a bit harsh, considering I don't generate any sort of profit on our events. (Believe me, we debated long and hard about getting involved in an event that required a ticket... but... private venue means it's gotta be paid for). We have no interest in making money off the lifestyle community. Our only goal is to create fun events where people can easily meet others.
For the record, every time we've ever hosted an event, I come out in the red. This one will be no exception. I consider it my contribution to the lifestyle community.
More to the topic..... If someone wants to lie about their age to get into a Young Swingers party... there's nothing stopping them. Their likelihood of getting laid using that approach, however, is pretty close to zero. =)

I don't think this answers her question or is helpful in any way. Doesn't seem like it's your place to attack or question the motive of any single for being on this site because each of us has our reason. Obviously you didn't mind when you were trying to set up a date with her. And we aren't aware of what happened in a closed messaging session between the two of you, but it seems that airing it in the open like this is an ugly way to settle it. May cause others to avoid you for such a visceral response from her seemingly harmless question. Again, I don't know what happened between the two of you, but this isn't the best place for you to show this angry side of you.

Swinging and the Mormon Church - - We know and have known many active Mormon swingers over the years and I think they pretty much have a personal "don't ask don't tell" policy. And, of course, they lie...to their Bish or whoever when asked if they're chaste and stuff. I'm fairly certain most religions pretty much frown on wife swapping and most other forms of sexual relations with someone other than your God approved spouse.
