Have you ever.... - - Have we ever? Nope. For the simple reason that we think it's a little bit unfair. Now if we were to meet someone, identify ourselves as swingers, and then that person or persons goes home and thinks about it and THEN contacts us to tell us they are interested in knowing or doing more then hell yes, game on! This lifestyle is NOT for everyone. The VAST majority of people simply cannot handle it. If someone wants to explore it alone or especially with their significant other then they deserve to do it on their own terms without undue influence by other people (and by booze or drugs). We know that's not the popular opinion by the "all is fair in love and war" crowd but it's how we feel. Just our opinion.
Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - We have been in the lifestyle for a few years and have had the pleasure to play with single men alone and in party situations. Occasionally there is a man who turns things into a "sausage fest". Meaning; we have seen married men pushed from the fray by single men, and the women being overwhelmed by uneven numbers. We have also had the pleasure (and I mean that literally) of playing with very respectful single men. I hate the fact that for some one bad apple... unfortunately that is kinda how it is among human beings. Sadly the majority of our experiances have not been really positive. Long before we were in the lifestyle, we wanted to go to a topless resort for a vacation. A friend suggested Hedo. We didn't know anything about the resort, and we didn't have a PC back in the 90s. But we booked the trip anyway. We were completely shocked when we saw what was happening. It never occurred to us that such a place could exist. We ultimately became intrigued and years later, we jumped in.

On a certain level, you're correct. It's nobody else's business. However, one could also use that argument to justify/excuse literally any behavior. What if a guy is abusive to his wife? Is it still nobody else's business since that's between him and her and he's just here to fuck other people? I know that I would want to know about something like that if I was going to be okay on ANY level with him being intimate with my wife. The same goes for a person who is, say, abusive to his kids or kicks his dog and leaves it chained up outside no matter the weather.
I could go on and on about bad behavior that we'd want to know about, if possible, before we decided to invite that person into our relationship because, in a very real sense, that's what a couple is doing when they swing with someone else. That's also why many people don't feel like singles have as much 'skin in the game' (i.e. they aren't RISKING as much) and why many feel like so many single guys just don't 'get it'.
Personally, Ms. Evil and I can't simply separate a person's sex organs from who and what they are as a person. So yeah, we're not really keen on playing with cheaters as that says something important, at least to us, about their character...or lack thereof. But don't worry. There are still people here who it doesn't bother in the least if the person they're fucking is doing so behind the back of someone they made promises and a commitment to. That's MY two cents.
Oh, and when you say "...it's not their problem." well, it actually COULD be their problem. We knew a guy about 10 years ago who ended up in the hospital after a woman's husband (who the guy had been told was aware of and okay with her meeting swingers) caught him in bed with his wife.
Serious questions from a newbie.. - - It's never happened to us or anyone we know (that we know of) For many Swingers we trust only people in the lifestyle to know that we are Swingers, but still have to be cautious of who can gain that trust. It shocks me that anyone would try to offend the trust through drugging. We will continue to trust those who know us and consider you friends! I'll even share my drink with you.
