Would definitely have to agree. West Wendover would be better and more successful. Less population to "spy" on the club. Only 1.5 from SLC. The "Out of State, Out of Mind" philosophy would apply well there. That is probably why the Vegas clubs do so well.
Build it in SLC or anywhere near SLC and you will have problems from the "moral majority." Another possibility may be a ranch somewhere in a remote area close to SLC like Grantsville. But with the Wendover solution, at least there are hotels available.

Other activities? - Do you only meet swingers for sex? - With some of the folks we have met it was sex only and the relationships didn\'t last. The couples we have met with recently have also gotten with us for other activities. Adult Vacation Recomendations - We need some help what to do or where to go! - We just did one of the swingers takeover cruises and can't say enough good about the value for the money we spent... (3,800 swingers on one ship... it was the funnest week of our lives).
Be cautious of the cruises that are "partial swingers" cruises (meaning, a group of swingers got together and decided to go on a vanilla cruise). You can only "play" in your tiny stateroom, there are going to be tons of kids, and all of the activities are "family friend". On a real swingers cruise, you can be completely naked as much as you want, and all of the activities and themes are *EXTREMELY* adult oriented.
