Lifestyle after Death - What would you do? - If there were "TRUE" friends you damn right they would accept you if god forbid something happened to your wife/husband. We have a friend his wife died after having gastric bypass surgery. We all went to the funeral talk about solidarty but it was there for him,her family and their children. They were very strongly in the lifestyle and he is totally accepted by all us even if we don't chose to take a single man into our bedroom he was our friend when Christine was alive and he still is. We all get together about once a month have dinner go to a club just generally enjoy the company,and when I say we I speak about 2/3 of a yahoo group. I have come to find that friends within the lifestyle stick by you no matter what more so then friends who have known you long term. I believe its something about common ground we all share and the support network with the swingers lifestyle. Just my 2 cents *smile*

what the f#%@ was he thinking? - swingers still deserve respect - WE've received emails and ims like that before... yes my wife is absolutely my best friend, and yes it pisses me off to see msgs like that. However i agree lifes too short to stay mad at them as well as the fact we'll see more action than he will. Wickedwanda is more forgiving about these folks ... we avoid the single guys online becasue most just don't know how to act. Now understand if we meet them in person we've met some very nice single men... that have contacted us online and we've said not interested. So I guess its possible, but as long as there are rude folks like that, not gonna make it easier for single dudes
Forum disagreements and swinging (was Something for Lefty) - - You know what??? I thought this was a swingers forum. A place to meet people and make friends. What on earth are you doing bringing war and politics in here? Politics is just like religion. Everyone has their own thoughts and beliefs and it's their right to. My thoughts and opinions are that this forum is no place to discuss either. Seems that some start these kinds of threads just to start heated and argumentitive discussion. Also by the persistance i see, they also like to hear themselves talk. Well why don't you take it to a political forum and give us a break. Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, unfortunately some swingers are as judgemental or even worse than our vanilla counterparts. After taking a break for some time, Jen and I decided to get back in the swing of things. We have recently moved from California to Ohio due to me (Mike) being in the military. Strangely enough, we have found more judgemental people out here than were in CA. At a party that we were at, one of the guests actually came up to Jen and said some mean things about her because of her weight. We ended up leaving early anyway, due to bad weather and a drive home. This discussion came up in another forum of a website that we also belong to as well. Just because we're swingers doesn't mean you have to play with somebody you don't find attractive, but you can at least be nice to that person.
New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - We would definitely attend, although probably only a few times per year since we are in logan. Would like many of the same things already mentioned and feel $25-50 would be an appropriate entrance fee.
