Another Swingers Show on TV - - did anyone catch this show?....we thought it was a decent representation of some of the issues that arise in the lifestyle.However,we did think it was humorous at times as a few of the couples seemed to be concerned with privacy in not letting family and friends know they are swingers (we dont either) but they are on TV in a swinger show..lol..it will be interesting to see how they progress in upcoming episodes.
How's everyone spending the long weekend? - Who's up for some spontaneous get togethering? - We're celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary all weekend, we started Wednesday night with our private dinner and a Vegas show, Of course Thursday is T-day so family time, Friday is party time with friends, a dinner with everyone and a party at the swingers club later that night. Why is it so hard for peole to answer their mail??? - - Not having the time is a poor excuse. All the sites we have used offer a "canned" reply that is polite and straight forward. All it it takes is a click of the mouse. Don't think I have ever received a nasty gram from a no thank you email. When we first placed ads on swinger sites years ago, most emails were answered. Now that the net is popular and used by more and more people I suspect the precentage of ads from true swingers is smaller. I does make one wonder when you answer an ad with information that describes exactly what the couple is looking fot and don't get an answer???

You’re right. We’ve taken breaks, but after a while, Mrs gets the itch and convinces Mr (usually not that difficult) to return.
Where to go, what to do. - Non club activities - Is there any chance that a place could exist where swingers could go meet other swingers on a regular basis that isn't a club? We find clubs boring and loud. Half the meet and greets are just lifestyle club scenes. Mansion parties are great but they don't exist all the time and would be too expensive if they did. I doubt the non club scene would be viable though.

You also have face pics where the general public can see them so you're likely in the minority who don't really care all that much if friends or family find out that your hobby is fucking other people that you aren't married to. Good for you. We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - Queen, unfortunately your experience isn't so unique.
There are a fair number of people who are curious about the lifestyle and in their haste for some experience, neglect to mention whatever hangups they might have. People fear that if they don't throw in the obligatory "we're fun, open minded, and drama free" statement in their profile they'll appeal to a more narrow range of couples and it will take longer to have a first experience.
These people aren't always prepared for what's going to happen and I guess they just *hope* everything will work out okay - a very vulnerable state of mind.
This is why there are a few questions I try to harp on numerous times before meeting a couple regardless of what their profile states: Are you D&D free, herps free, what are your boundaries, is kissing okay, etc, because most peoples' knee jerk response is going to be the answer that they know is "correct" but not necessarily true. The key is to ask multiple times, because some people aren't likely to be honest until they understand that you're working in their best interest. Still, there are some people who will deliberately lie no matter what; there's not much that can be done for them. :!
