New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - All, we've been trying to explore this idea for over a decade and there are many legal challenges. There is a public indecency law, even for private clubs. If you have a legal license, and you accept any amount of money, you fall within this law.
Trust us, we've been trying to figure this out ourselves as we've been wanting to create something. Right now, the safest avenues are private mansion parties and legal lifestyle friendly and/or off-premise clubs which we are starting to explore.
We've been trying to find a club to buy with an existing license for a while I now. If anyone has any prospects, let us know.

We have pornographic films playing on several projectors located throughout the house and one room equipped with the latest Betamax videotape playing device. That's BetaMAX not BAYMAX for you kiddies. Wait 'till you see Park City's realtor extraordinaire and big dick dealmaker Harry Reems (Zeus rest his soul) banging the bejeezus out of Utah's own formerly sweet little Mormon girl Annette Haven. Car (or Jazzy) keys go into the fish bowl at 6pm SHARP and we have extra reading glasses for the lovely ladies to make sure they don't pick their hubby's keys.
Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - Pretty interesting all the different cars we all have. Just as different as all the swing styles and personalities. Sorry for all of you Utahns that were going to to your friendly neighborhood swingers club in Woolloongabba, you'll have to look elsewhere. You have to wonder how financially onerous it would have been to make it disabled accessible.
Hell, a swingers club in Utah wouldn't even get to the point where they'd have to use that kind of legal obscurity to shutter it.
