Ironically we have never even been blinked at, let alone HIT on at the infamous "swingers gym." The staff is fastidiously careful to avoid even the slightest sexual comment or compliment. It's terrible. We just work out, throw up, and go home.

Meeting couples at places other than lifestyle events/clubs - - We are opening up to more people in the work place and in general to some of our understanding friends. Which so far has been great, infact we've turned a few friends into swingers. We are always open about our sexuality and sex life in general so when people talk to us about stuff and they find out about our lifestyle. They tend to come back later asking more and more about it. Overall the searching through profiles does get old, but we do enjoy seeing new and old friends come on the site. We were actually sort of semi-active back when we started (And of course lied thru our teeth during bishop interviews.LOL). This reminds us of one of our fav swinging stories. We knew a couple who LOVED to party. How to identify yourself as a Swinger - - FWIW we're on several other swing sites and one of them has an app for your smartphone that will alert you if you are close to another swinger (assuming they also have the app and it's enabled) and allows you to text them. Yeah, that one's pretty much been a bust as well even though it's actually a pretty good idea. People forget to turn it on (they usually don't leave it running when they're at work or home or at church just in case someone they really don't want to know they're a swinger somehow has the app) when they're actually in a vanilla situation where they wouldn't mind being approached. I don't know if the idea failed because people want privacy or because there really aren't that many swingers out there (despite all of our fantasies and "swingdar"). LOL
