Vegas: Swingers circle or couples oasis? - Which do I prefer - H2O, Couples is about 10 minutes from the Strip. It is southwest of the end of the Strip. It is a private house with a big parking lot in back (gravel, so ladies watch those heels or get dropped off by the entrance). Young and eager - Tired of quarantine and ready to play - So i dont know about the rest of you but were tired of being shut in. Were young and ready to play and thinking about just saying fuck it. So we were thinking of doing something small and fun. Not so much a normal or big swingers or play party but something small. Thinking maybe 3 other couples for a bit of group fun maybe even go for an all nighter. A "slumber party" for adults. And with that wed also like to make this a under 40 limitation. Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - I think age is only a number. What matters the most is if you get along with the other couple and can see your self with them in that way ;)
Party Etiquette - How do people manage risks? - Mr here. So, the party that we went to before Halloween was a good party. It seemed much like another orgy that I participated in a few years ago, except this time I had Ms. Honeybunny with me :) That made me a little more aware of how people were interacting with each other, and I have a few questions about etiquette in those situations.
Obviously, protection is important for a number of reasons, and pretty much everybody there was using condoms, cleaning toys after use, etc.
However, one thing that I did not notice anybody using was dental dams or any kind of protection for oral sex. In a world where 70% of Americans have some form of herpes, for example, how do you deal with the risk of contracting it if you don't? Or what if you have other STDs? I would hope that if you have a temporary STD like chlamydia you would avoid lifestyles events until it cleared up, but nobody was talking about it. What if you have a more permanent STD, like the herpes mentioned above? Or AIDS? Or HPV? Two of those are really common, but also relatively harmless; do people just assume that other swingers do/don't have them or that the risk in not meaningful? I didn't really hear anybody talking about it, but I"m not sure if that's unusual or not. What's the typical protocol for situations like that?
Also, now that I'm thinking about it. What would be the protocol if you DID pick something up from an event?

Swinging ,Or cheating? - - We NEVER play with a half couple. This is for several reasons. First, we don\'t believe anyone who has permission. If they really do have permission, great, but we\'d rather err on the side of caution.
Secondly, we have had \'single\' guys who\'ve turned out to have girlfriends and the girls tend to get upset when they find out their boy has been screwing my wife. Never very understanding.
Lastly, someone I knew had his best friend murdered recently. The man was shot 4 times in his bedroom by a jealous boyfriend who had found out his \'ex\' girlfriend was screwing someone else. That\'s not something either me or my wife is interested in dealing with. Double murder is never a good thing, and people commit these kinds of crimes of passion all the time.
People are always welcome to do whatever they like, but i\'m sure most people here agree that those who are \'half couple\' people give swingers a bad name. Swinging isn\'t cheating, it\'s participating with your spouse in new adventures. Cheating is screwing around behind your spouse. This leads to all kinds of complications.
