INCEST - Is it sooooooo wrong? - First of all I\'m not going to be the one running and hiding if I run into someone in my family.. I\'m not a native NCarolinian either... Incest is the least of anyones worries here... Beard, I know of sisters and brothers in the lifestyle... they don\'t play with each other but belong to the same club. We were really hoping to go but Father's Day activities for an elderly father whose health isn't good looks like they will prevent us from attending. Mormons - - We have met a lot of ex mormons on this site that are a blast to party with. Based on what we know of the LDS church it is very restrictive on most matters involving pleasures outside of the teachings of the church.
With all that being said we don't feel like religion plays much of a part in swinging. We usually don't discuss it and we are skeptical when others do. Discussing religion on a swingers site just doesn't seem right to us especially when others in your religion may hold it against you.
We don't care what religion you are, what your politics are or what ethnic group your from. We just look for those we are attracted to and whom we can make a connection with both mentally and physically. If we all decide to get naked together then that makes things even better.

Do you only play with married couples? - - Marriage has little to do with this lifestyle. I've found that swingers (libertines) are a state of being or mindset and not a label given to any one group. Singles can be swingers too. Unmarried couples can be as well. Swinger is a broad label. Marriage has nothing to do with it.

Why are people not answering? - - I agree totally. The most aggravating are those who send an email expressing interest, you reply courteously and never hear from them again. Might as well reply to their email with " Take a long walk on a short pier", or "Kiss my ass" for all the good it does. And those who do it know who they are...even more disgusting are those who do answer emails, schedule a meet and then disappear, never to be seen or heard from again....or they do schedule a meeting and never show up....(how many cups of coffee is a realistic amount of time to wait? ) then you realize you have been "had again". Seems to me there is an inordinate number of voyeurs vs. swingers. Jim

The vent! - Judgements, I'm so tired of them. - In the recent years I have changed, morphed even, into the person I am today. A swinger. Eccentric, confidant, secure, uninhibited, with a puissant sexuality. What I consider "out of the box!" Open, understanding, diverse.
Only within the last year have we dared to call ourselves "swingers" we decided together to change our lifestyle, to change our rules, to change our minds about how we regard each other as individuals.
What I have noticed as I have taken this quest into being a swinger, is how the people in and around my life are noticing this change, and reacting with judgements. They live by different rules than I do, they choose to, and yet they still judge.
Are these people just unhappy with themselves? Are they jealous? Why are they concerned?
I have failed to understand this. Why do they spew hate at me?(I call it emotional vomit) Shouldn't they be happy for me?
If these people are already having averse feelings about me and/or my behavior, how will they react to find out we are swingers?
I now know why some of swingers only associate with other swingers. To bad for us there are few to be found down here in the south.
