Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? - Oh, I didn't know the OP meant this literally. Yes, we've actually seen quite a few dead and dying swingers by the side of the road especially up around Lava Hot Springs. I think it's probably something in their environment. A Place In The Lifestyle - - We have a local swingers club in Tampa that is advertised as a swinger clubs
and most seem to be in the swing lifestyle that is there and, we always have a
good time while there... but here is what we see as a little problem. The bar
part of the club is also open to non swingers(vanilla).And as we look around the
room we notice more & more couples coming knowing it is a lifstyle club and
loves the sexy atmosphere and loves to party but not to swap. We have talked
to a few couples who told us they like the swinger club environment and how
everyone is so open with their sexuality and love to play with each other, but
they are not into swapping with other people.
We know some will say couples likes this are not swingers and do not have a
place in the swinger lifestyle. When you go to a swinger club, you expect people
are there to meet and hook up with other swingers.
Would you still call them swingers?
And do thay have a place in the lifestyle?

Yeah. What can I say. I've been through the "Swinging, inappropriate relationships, cheating, Divorce" route.
Now, that said, it ALWAYS takes 2 to tango and cheating is usually a symptom of a larger problem between 2 people. If you're having those problems in your relationship, you shouldn't be Swinging anyway! Either that or just end your relationship and stop hurting yourselves and those around you.
However, I think it's a pretty cheap shot to undercut what many of us consider to be the "values" of this lifestyle by advertising this site.
That's my opinion. But we make our stand pretty clear to those we play with! And it's pretty easy to spot the "unfaithfuls" once you know the tricks they use.

The only problem is that in swinging no matter how much you vet a person or couple there is always, unfortunately, the potential for drama...or worse. When you mix potent emotions with often late hours and a little alcohol, even a normally cool, rational, fun person can turn into swingerzilla. I like the concept of your idea but putting it into practice would be, imho, hit and miss at best.
We knew a couple a number of years ago that were REALLY cool, fun people...very mellow. One night before a party they got into an argument over some silly thing and carried that negative energy with them to the party. The alcohol started flowing and the guy had a couple of drinks too many and flipped out (these were seasoned swingers btw, not noobs) when his wife started kissing and groping another guy at the party.

If you are adventurous enough, maybe plan a vacation to Temptations Resort in Mexico. For the record... its not just an abundance of swingers.. but one heck of alot of very wonderful people. The scenery is fantastic and depending upon where you locate... it may be alittle retro "Mayberry" in some areas... but the peace and quiet is wonderful. You still have the big city atmosphere too if thats something you like.
