Black Ring, Right Hand - How to tell if someone's a swinger - We used to go to the occasional lifestyle takeover/trip and would invariably be issued a wristband upon arrival so that we could get into events at the hotel or resort. It usually took about half a day for word to leak out, first among hotel employees and then later the general public, that swingers were around the area and that they could be identified by their wristbands. I guarantee if the black ring thing took off that very soon there would be multiple internet stories as well as likely regular news outlets that "swingers" wear black rings on their right hands and there goes any anonymity. The VAST majority of swingers would then not dare wear the accessory for fear of being seen/identified in public as a swinger. MUCH easier to just attend private swinging events where you have a reasonable assurance that all or most in attendance are indeed swingers rather than spend a lot of time cruising the bars or whatever looking for people wearing black rings. Can someone enlighten me? - - I'm just curious... like I mentioned in another thread, now that my thong pic isn't our primary profile pic we're suddenly getting a LOT of blind friend requests (well, I assume they're blind because they didn't wanna be BFF's when it was MY ass they were lookin' at.

1) They're shy....no, I mean REALLY fucking shy!
2) They don't own a camera, a phone with a camera, know someone who owns a camera or have a pencil to at least draw a stick figure of themselves.
3) They're in the Federal Witness Protection Program.
4) They're internationally famous movie stars and charge for autographed photos.
5) They can't quite figure out all this computer/internet/Instagram shit.
6) They really don't give a fuck but would REALLY appreciate it if we'd open our pics because their fap folder is gettin' low.
7) They're ghosts/vampires/aliens who are physically unable to be photographed.
8) They're not really swingers. They work for the NSA (or the LDS church)

Swingers Kickball Society - - We would like too
First time stories, wanna share? - - Our first experience wasn't so great. There was mis-communcation, and it was fairly awkward. Actually, when my wife and I left the hotel in the morning, we decided swinging wasn't for us.
A few days later we decided not to let one experience be the final judgment. We joined Swingular and started talking to a couple that contacted us. My wife and I were a bit worried by their much higher experience level, but than we decided maybe that would be better.
We were right. They were nice and respectful and did a great job of making us feel comfortable, and we ended up having a really fun night with them. I think being with experienced swingers allowed us to just be ourselves and only have to concentrate on our own boundaries. If we had been with another newer couple, we'd all have to worry about going to far. We had a good enough night that we have kept in contact with them and continued to slowly check out the lifestyle.
We're still Soft Swap, and full swing couples have been really gracious to us, letting us join them and get a better idea of the lifestyle, and letting us get our feet wet, before diving in to the deep end. :)
We've had no bad experiences, but some could have been better if we had communicated on our end better. We're still learning how to do that.
Overall, these early experiences have been a lot of fun, and we're finding that easing into the lifestyle isn't as rocky as we feared. It's been a fun journey so far.

where are the real people who want to swing - run into to many phonies - There are lots of "real" swingers that aren't "Ken & Barbies" out there. Of course, everybody's idea of "real" and "Ken & Barbie" differ becauase everybody has different tastes in appearance and what swinging is.
You will run across those on sites that are just testing the waters, putting up a profile and seeing if they are really ready to, or want to, do this. The key is perserverance. I would also recommend finding out where the clubs or parties are going on in your area and attending those. Meeting people in person can do allot more then just a few small pictures and a a hundred words or so.

Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? - Swinging is just a gateway drug. Do it as long as we have and pretty soon barnyard animals and corporate mascots start to look pretty good. Always lookin' for a bigger rush, a higher high, a kinkier fuckhole. Our annual Golf Pros and Tennis Hos Bar Crawl. April 4th
SWINGERS- is a golf and tennis themed, 9 bar pub crawl. Dress: is wild golf or tennis clothing. 20 minutes will be spent at each bar, which is considered a hole or a set. Once here, a player must have a drink/ shot/ or a beer, to have strokes removed from their scorecard by our judges. If you are a Tennis player you must win your set by gaining points. The scorecard contains the list of bars, what drinks must be purchased for stroke deductions, and a listing of other shenanigans folks can do to have strokes taken off or to gain points (such as Flashing, making out with a stranger, dressing in player attire bringing a mascot or caddy. (Points for creativity and/or sexiness). Quoting the movie Caddy Shack, or buying a judge a drink) the tennis player who wins the most sets also wins a prize. The Pro with the lowest score at the end wins all the bragging glory, a surprise gift and the coveted SWINGERS CUP. If you are not drunk by the 9th hole, you clearly didn't follow the game plan. All competitors get a Bar Golf t-shirt at the first bar. So that we can print enough T-Shirts for everyone, tickets will not be available after March 29th. NON-COMPETITORS there is no cost for you to attend this event. But please cheer and give encouragement to the competitors. Also act as good caddies and help the player get from bar to bar. After party info will be given out at the last bar. Starting Bar is Lumpy's Downtown. 7pm

Discretion a Must?!? - Let us know - i can understand why some people try to keep their pics out of site out of fear of losing their job or somehting like that . i wish the world was different so people could just be who they are and not worry about it . but i understand some feel they have to becareful . we go to alot of parties and people are always taking pics with us , so i tell anyone that wants to hang out with us to let us know up front if they dont want their pics to be taken so i can watch out for that and try to make sure it doesnt happen . but what gets me is when people wont put any kinda of pic up what so ever .there is ways to block your face or stuff like that . but some dont even put up any pics . i dont understand that . when people write us and they dont have a pic i tell them to please send me one i dont even care if the face is covered or whatever i just need some kinda of pic to see who tehy are . iam not trying to be mean or piss anyone off but most of the people that dont want to show their pics are either very over weight or very ugly .not all but alot . i wish people would realize that there is always someone that is right for u .so just be who u are and find those that u will click with . there is alot of people that try to keep them being swingers a big secert . from their family and firends and people at work . so there is alot of people that wont show their pics unless u ask and they know they dont know u already . and their is alot of fake people and people who are just wantitng to look at everybody else and not be known . so most of the time i dont bother with all of them . i think u should have to have at least one pic of each person that is on the profile . face covered or whatever . but at least give people something to go by .
