Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - We tend to focus more on an overall package deal, rather than choosing to focus on one parameter specifically, such as age. Personality and intellectual attraction combined with levels of physical attraction sometimes make the issue of age a moot point.
Black and white generalizations are something we prefer to avoid when referring to those we encounter in the lifestyle, i.e., younger ones are always too immature or clueless, older ones have no stamina, etc.

Best Swingers club in Cincinnati area? - Swingers clubs - For those of you that live in the greater Cincinnati area, which Swinger's club do you think is best? We've only been to Club SinDay and Club 440, and enjoy both of them. They're different type of clubs, but we've had great times in both. But we have heard that there are other clubs, but have not been able to pin-them-down. We also like the summer specials that both SinDay and 440 run, which makes it easier on the wallet. People in general are half-baked critters. The hookup scene tends to silently give desperation a pass, which brings out some odd folk.

It's not extremely common, but it happens, and ties into the the desperation remark above. Especially once you're in the mix with people in their late 30's. Shit's no fun at all.

This isn't my first rodeo. I did the majority of screening when rolling as a couple for several years. There are "off" people in the scene, but word spread fast. Whether they are unstable as a couple, or unstable as a person, they tend to burn out and fade out pretty quickly in my experience.
Sexual incompatibility happens, sure, but the odds are good it won't be a first encounter. Friends first (chat friends at the very least) is how I like things.

Please refer to the above. :) It's not necessarily a matter of being more trustworthy. There are plenty of scummy, dishonest, and dangerous swingers. However, the traditionally encouraged rules and boundaries that (what I'm assuming is) the majority of the community acknowledges tend to oust em pretty quickly.

One would hope. Unfortunately the lifestyle has become so adulterated (pun intended) by just about anyone who thinks it's a free, easy way to get NSA sex that you now have a virtual cornucopia of people who don't really "get it". What I guess I'm trying to say is that it seems like it's no longer wife swapping or swinging. It's now "the lifestyle" and apparently includes every manner of sexual libertine imaginable including those who view swingers (and yes I mean mostly females) as wanton sluts who are borderline nymphomaniacs that lack the capacity or will to say (or mean) "No.".
It would be very interesting to poll women who have been in the lifestyle for a considerable amount of time, say ten, fifteen or twenty years, and ask them if they're ever had to more or less fight a guy off or worse, or if they've ever entertained unwanted advances so as to not rock the boat or harsh the vibe at a swing party.
