Swinging/Polyamory - I just wanted to hear other people thoughs on this....... - Much of what has been said I agree with, but I do know poly couples in the lifestyle. Their swinging is a bit more complicated as far as the decision process because I would imagine that such a decision would need to be agreed upon by all partners involved.
The biggest difference I think between regular swingers and those who are involved in poly relationships is while most people who swing would shun the development of emotional ties to other swingers thinking it would be the doom of their spousal (primary) relationship, those who are also involved in or those who are open to the possibility of poly relationships would welcome the development of additional relationships for what they are knowing there is neither a need to replace their spouse or run off with the person they have formed this new relationship with. It does add further complication to their life, but it can also enrich it tremendously.

No one is telling you to leave. What we are saying is... If you don't like the subject of the thread, move on. You are claiming that it is impossible for you to accomplish this. Classy, you used the word "Forum Police". Remember, WAAA1101 is the one who started this thread trying to get everyone to stop posting threads that didn't have to do with sex. That is textbook "policing". Furthermore Classy, you, like WAAA, make it your regular business to complain about others and what they choose to converse about. I think things would get better if you quit complaining about threads you don't like and involve yourself in the ones you do. You are the ones being intolerant of us. We have heard that you are "unhappy" with the thread and why. To me, your unhappiness seems to stem from your inability to control what people talk about here.
WAAA1101, you tell me if I don't like explicit photos to, "get over it". I do "get over it", by not going to the theads that contain them or starting them myself. I think you need to "get over" our threads. You need to practice what you preach. Live and let live. So far it is people like you and Classy that are breaking the forum policy, by trying to stifle free speech. You two are the ones that are trying to get others to stop talking. Most swingers clubs opperate as just a house that holds parties. Unless you are serving alcohol you shouldn't need license of any kind. at the door, you have donations, not entry fees. The only place i know that did have an operating license was in San Diego, THAD's. The owner had to file suite against the city and county to get the councilman and law enforcement to stop harrasing him. The city finaly gave him a license as a "Sexual Encounters Club" but not allowed to serve alcohol. Anyone that brought alcohol had to put it in a fridge and could take out their own alcohol anytime they wanted, but the helpers couldn't serve the alcohol.

Question - do you talk about other swingers? - No utfun your not wrong at all. Some times when people start talking (without name dropping) not meaning anything bad just an experience, other people will say things you dont want them too. Lesson learned here feelings get hurt and that sucks , so we just stopped talking about anything but good in people. Mr and Mrs tart
