This lifestyle - What are we really? - Great thought out comments to this posting ThoughtGarden, and we have to agree with you 100%. We love (but don't ever think that would be romantically- LOL), and miss you guys.
A good topic to discuss. As for us, we count ourselves as "Fantasyers" that have things we want to experience and do so with the people that we enjoy (and or love) spending time with. Swingers (hard core) may be at one end on one leg, and Poly may be at the other end and on another leg, but we like being at the "Y" and in the middle, whatever that is labeled. :p
Poly-Swingers - Moving beyond FWB relationship - I would like some input from any couples who have chosen to move beyond a FWB relationship into a Polyamourous relationship. "LDS" Profile Names - - We used to be Mormons (Well, technically, Ms. Evil still is, I guess.). And we've know MANY swingers over the years who have been involved in recreational non-monogamy (A nice way to say committing adultery. LOL) as well as differing levels of activity in the LDS church.
We knew one couple a few years back who would party HARD on Sat. night and still be up early and in the pews every Sunday morning. Invariably they would text us every Sunday evening telling us that they were no longer going to swing...and then about Wednesday of every week they would text again asking us if there were any parties going on the next weekend. LOL It never really bothered us that they somehow justified or practiced some sort of cognitive dissonance when it came to the two activities since most people we know do the same thing but in differing areas of their lives.
One of several reasons we chose our screen name was to poke a little fun at ourselves for taking up wife swapping while we were still somewhat active Mormons. I think,perhaps, a more interesting question/topic isn't how many have "LDS" (or some other designation associated with Mormonism) in their screen names but how very many once staunch Mormons have felt a strong desire to flaunt the strict and onerous chastity laws of the Mormon church to actively participate in our little hobby. Friend collectors or swingers - - A lot of people have hidden faces or no photo. We do accept or ask for friend requests from people that we think are interesting. We don’t always ‘unfriend’ if we lose contact or there isn’t mutual interest. I guess we never though about the need to? But I understand.

Vegas: Swingers circle or couples oasis? - Which do I prefer - Okay, Last year we went to Vegas. We were across the street from the Hard Rock. OMG there were tons of people being brought by limo's to the club both nights. We got busy doing other things....like hanging out with Bill my Prono boyfriend and his sexy lady N. Haha.
