Help us out.. Take this Survey - For Utah Swingers - Appreciate what you are trying to do...it is admirable. Just finished the survey. I did leave it in the comments section, but will include our opinion here, as well. And we are NOT trying to flame anyone's efforts. Just putting our thoughts in. For us..the single most turn off of any event is limiting who may attend. Excluding the old or young ones, or the heavier ones, or..etc....you get it. We all have our preferences for play partners, but believe it or not, We are both a bit curvier, and me a bit older, but we still have younger, AND thinner friends who seem to enjoy our company both in, and out of the playroom. As we enjoy theirs. I must qualify this a bit, tho, in saying that what we have encountered in the events we have hosted. We have found that although some folks do enjoy the company of the single guys, attendance is often severely limited if you include too many single males without dates. Sorry guys..just the way it is. And..perhaps, as much as we disagree, it is the same. Just as with the single guys, too many of us, as an older/heavier couple may do the same in limiting the folks you are really trying to target. No butt hurt intended for anyone, as I said...just our two cents! There I said it so you don't have to...LOL

What sets you apart from other swingers - Lets see whos looking for what. - What makes me different is first, my ability to read what the other COUPLE is looking for i.e. the type of encounter, making sure there truly aren't any hangups or jealousy issues, what kind of approach I should take in flirting and foreplay, etc. This happens before the act and is kind of more of a big picture thing. I think there are ethical issues that always need to be addressed if your going to last long in the lifestyle. #1 Don't break rules you and your significant other set up between one another, and always communicate. #2 If it isn't a gift to one another, then maybe you need to reevaluate why your doing it. #3 If your looking at it as an escape, then you maybe doing harm to your partner or another persons marriage. #4 If your single and looking for a long term mate, then don't covet some other persons spouse, no matter what they may say or do. If he/she is falling for you, then do the ethically thing and break it off. It just causes harm to everyone involved in those situations, and don't think for a minute that you won't suffer long term ramifications from that type of situation. I'd let the couple work it out or they leave on another before I'd get involved again with that person. #5 Safe Sex, not only for you but your partner and others as well. Tired of Politics and Religion! - - Strange - was this forum not here when those that object to it joined? Having been on this site for a long time (first as MelbCpl and now as Swingtide) as far as I can remember it has always had one area that was open to discussion of things like religion and politics. Sometimes we read them and sometimes we ignore them - choice is good. At least to us Swingular is not just a "sex site" but a swinging lifestyle site and for some of us that is more than how many notches you put on your bed during the last party. If anyone wants the other topics to show up more in opening page than make more input into the other areas of the forum. Start new topics in other areas and work to keep them going. Everyone has their own view of what swinging is all about and that is good - I'd hate to think we had to pass some checklist of qualifications to consider ourselves swingers. The site has room for all types of discussion so enjoy the areas you like and avoid the ones you don't like - not too far off from how most of us deal with what couple we want to be with!
