Monogamy in marriage - An interesting article on the subject - I think the number one reason that a marriage goes off track is the lack of communication. It could show up in fights over money, one or the other cheating because their needs are not taken care of in the marriage, or just about any of the rocks that so many couples run into along the path of married life. One reason I think that swingers tend to be happier and more secure is because without good, open communication swinging can be a minefield. Most that stay in the lifestyle for any amount of time learn to communicate better with each other than many others that do not have the experience of sharing. This summer we'll have been married 35 years so I guess it works :-)

Certainly. We're just not inclined to ask unless we suspect something. The Mrs. was wondering whether a question like "Did we see you at Casino Royale?" might be enlightening. Swingers In Uniform - Pay your memorial day respects here. - HAving been on the sideline and reading the responses from Don I am compelled to say a thing or two. I for one do not expect anyone to kiss my ass for my having served. Yes I do admit that I worked for those paying taxes and did so freely and of my choice. See I was raised to believe that a person should get over themself and be a part of something that is for the betterment of others. I made the free and conscious decision to serve this country and its people in the service. I have served through at least five of the armed conflicts this country has been part of. Do I expect some genuflection or ass kissing no. Would I expect some respect for what I have done? No I guess I don't expect it. I do appreciate it when it happens but at the same time realize there are those who would make light of it or even as Don seems to do speak disparagingly of it. I guess I find it disconcerting that he supposed served in the Navy and still didn't come away with any greater appreciation of the sacrafices those in uniform make whether in combat or in a support role. If he wants to rant and be a legend in his own mind he is entitled to that. I am just saddened that he has so little respect for others that he would offend people and spout belittlements for people who choose to blieve in something other than themselves. To those who posted negative comments to Don I do appreciate how you can feel so angered as to bring you to want to use bodily harm to shut him up or make a post that will shut him up. At the same time I have to say it is like a phrase my grandfather used to say. "Don't try to teach a pig to sing. It only frustrates you and annoys the pic". IT is better to just ignore him and feel sorry for the small mindedness that doesn't seem to allow him to appreciate or respect others. I for one will feel sorry for him and move on. Age differences - How do you handle it - I don't want to start a controversy, and then it cums, Why would age be an issue at all. Isn't the idea of swinging, first of all, about having fun with fantasy, and then there is the idea that swinging is not a mainstream activity; i.e., Not along the idea of "Normal" relationships or sex. Age is one of the norms in society and thus, I would think, one of those things that would go out the window if one is involved in swinging.
I bring this point up simply to hear why age would be an issue... I'm sure that there are people who are old and wrinkled and have bad breath and their plates are falling out and even the queen sized outfits or the XS lingerie would not fit....I mean if the lady is leaving 2 trails behind her, in the sand and she is getting her nipples scraped by that sand AND her plates are dirty and falling out and she had halatosis... Maybe she would not meet criteria to play with... unless one is in the same home with her and she snuck into your room and gave you oral sex while you were asleep. Or maybe it's the guy with the shriveled member, and that's after viagra and Enzyte and 2 other products, and he has slipped into your room and given you oral, and of course you are a lady....But Age should not be a single defining factor as to weather to play or not....
On the other end of that when people are "too young" . Are they out of diapers, eat solid food, over the legal age in your neck of the woods, and know what sex is and they have not stopped any clocks or watches in their immediate vacinity... They should be fair GAME.... I use the word game because it also denotes play which is what swingers call sex with others, other than their spouse....
So, how is age an issue or how does it become an issue...????? Of course there is preference but why close down oportunities.....????? Seems kind of counter productive to lose oportunities.
