I Don't Care if You LIKE Me... Let's F**K! (???) - - We are not a "friends first" couple but the attraction has to be there personality-wise too. We totally agree about friendships in the lifestyle. We didn't enter it to make a bunch of new friends but wow, some of our best friends are swingers. What a great, unexpected benefit!
Most of the people we are friends with we have not fucked. For some the personality attraction is there, for others the physical... and we need both. We even have some friends that are physically attractive to us, have personalities that make us very good friends, yet the sexual chemistry just seems awkward for whatever reason.
Another odd observation of ours has been that a less physically attractive person becomes very attractive an fuckable with the right personality, but a very physically attractive person is sexually repulsive to us if they are an asshole.
We have probably slept with less than 10% of our close friends in the swing community. Everyone we did play with did not end up a friend but not because we didn't like them. Sometimes it's just a matter of not having time to build a relationship and friendship not being a pre-requisite for us.
I guess, long story short, for us to fuck you we need to like you, but just because we like you doesn't mean we will end up being friends... if any of that makes sense to anyone but us. lol.

Looking for Advice - Recently coming back into the LS - Others have told you that you aren't actual swingers. We say, who cares what they think? You are in the "lifestyle" for your enjoyment and preferences. Don't be bothered about what they tell you. However, they were correct that what you want is a "tall order". They may not have been judging you, but just giving you the reality of what you seek. But, be patient. At some point, a unicorn or a wife with a hall pass will join you. It will not be as frequently as what most of us do here, but it will happen eventually. Just keep posting. We really hope you find what you're looking for.

First Meeting - - After about 5 years of being in the lifestyle that is still a problem for us on knowing when is the right time to take it to the next level. Our first time was unexpected. It was back when then web cam became popular and we played on cam with some friends of ours. One evening we went out to have a few drinks with them. Friend collectors or swingers - - We don't think the OP is being offensive, just a little frustrated. Yes, there are plenty here with no intention of meeting or being truthful. Likely nothing more than a fantasy or she doesn't even know about a profile here. Getting on a friends list for many is just access to more amateur LS porn and maybe some hot chat.
We'll echo the sentiments of some others. Our friends list includes couples we have met or would like to meet. If it becomes apparent we're not meeting, we move on. Shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone who reads our profile.
Meeting doesn't mean it extends beyond that, but how will they truly become friends, or better yet FWBs, if you never meet? Social media friends of any flavor aren't really friends in our book anyway, but maybe that's just how we choose to maintain relationships.
