Look at Reddit for example, there are TONS and TONS of subreddits (communities in a sense) that have porn. It would take a tremendous amount of manpower in the state of Utah (as the ISPs will not do this) to label websites as "porn". Most exclusively porn sites (tubegalore, pornhub) are likely already labeled that, but again the reddits and tumblrs of the internet would take forever to filter out.
Now, about the opt-in list being held with the ISPs. They already know every single customer who looks at porn. Unless you use a good VPN, they are well aware of every website you visit. That being said, while they might not have a list of people that look at porn, it would be really easy for a hacker to, once they get into the ISP, gather information about everyone who looks at porn and share it with the world. If they couldn't get into the ISP, they could still get this information from porn websites.
Unfortunately for the Utah government, this plan is just not possible and is basically just BS to get support for reelections...

Do you mix your vanilla and lifestyle friends? - - We tell anyone who is a late night friend, ie: serious friend, vanilla or not that we have an alternative lifestyle. It has made things so much easier. Our vanilla friends are closer. We make it very clear that we don't have any interest in sex with them for concerns about ruining what is a already a good relationship. I am not talking, work vanillas, they don't need to know. I am talking about people with whom we go dancing or bar hopping. Why lie about who you really are? The whole reason for jumping the hurdle that is the "lifestyle" is to be free with who you really are. Then you are supposed to hide it with people who are supposed to really care about you? Nope.
Because of this, it is really cute when we throw a party or get together. The vanillas spend the whole time excitedly trying to guess who the swingers are. Most of the time it doesn't take much to guess. This reminds me of what got us started on this course. We threw a mostly vanilla roller skating party with some vanilla friends. Obviously, France is too far for a weekend trip that the OP posted. So,we recommend the Palm Springs area because there are three all nude lifestyle resorts to visit.
