That's all fine and good but you don't think that a guy might just SAY that in hopes of changing the girl's mind later? I'm not questioning your integrity or motives just saying that, in general, many guys will say and do just about anything for sex. I could easily imagine quite a few scenarios where a guy could come across with seemingly good intentions but have ulterior motives. Hell, we've had guys write us and ask to meet them and their wives (without disclosing that we're swingers) and suggest that we get the wife really drunk and then have sex with them. Utah - - We like the fact that as swingers in Utah we have this dirty little secret that we have and we can sneak around (not unlike a cheating spouse we imagine) behind our neighbors, family and the Church's back doing all sorts of evil deeds and loving every minute of it. We've met TONS of Mormon "refugees" like ourselves who are so happy and excited to finally have the yoke of the Church off our backs that we go quite wild and enjoy our debauchery all the more. Other areas we've lived and "swung" don't quite have the same naughty feel as though we're getting away with something quite forbidden. So yeah, a lot of living in Utah can be a compromise and some of it downright sucks but overall it's extremely fun being EXTREMELY bad here. ;-)

In addition to state law hurdles and liquor licensing nightmare laws, each city has difficult sexually oriented business licensing requirements and ordinances. Yes, a nieve person will think that a swingers club is not a sexually oriented business, but city leaders and members of the public will make a big push to ensure a swingers club fits within the ordinance definitions. The licensing process is very public and anyone involved in the licensing will have a lot of exposure. Licensing applications often require background checks, names, business site visits and walkthroughs, and ongoing mandatory surveys after the business opens. Publicity and continued legal battles with the state and city scare couples away.
Research Plato’s a Short-lived swingers club in NYC that was briefly open. During its existence it was continually challenged, closed, reopened, raided, and ultimately put out of business. If NYC ensures Plato's went out of business how is a swingers club in Utah going to fare?

We will be the first to admit that we have met the least judgemental people of our lives through our experience in the lifestyle. Things don't always click but that should be expected. To give this woman the soapbox and state that people were pushy and basically force you into something was bullshit. Especially after stating that she was the 5th grader that never got picked for the team. She had a bad marriage period. Trying this out with an unstable relationship makes about as much sense as buying a new house and thinking that will make things better. A house does not make a home.
