becoming a poly couple - wanting another woman to join our family - Prolly not a swingers site. There are actually poly communities on the internet where you can start exploring but be forewarned, a lot of polys abhor the notion of swinging almost as much as the vanilla world does.
Wishbones - - We were invited to a meet and greet awhile back and hung around the lounge for several hours waiting for the couple who invited us. We found out later that most of the couples at the club were swingers, but as it was not a swinger's club, we were hesitant to approach perfect strangers and ask if they were swingers. Getting a black eye or broken teeth is not our idea of a good time! A symbol of swingularity (lol) would have been useful in this situation.
Friend collectors or swingers - - We have a great core group of friends in the SLC area that we love to spend time with when we visit the area. Every now and then a post will pop up on here talking about meeting a couple outside the lifestyle and wanting to ask "Are you swingers?"
Last year my family and I moved up to Spokane Washington and once we got settled in got to know our neighbors. Turned out the couple next door was near our age and had a daughter close to our sons age, so instant parental friendship since our little ones hit it off.
After a while of getting to know them we became better friends and that question started to kind of creep up in my mind. One sunday looking through a swinger website I happend across a couple who lived in our town, about our age similar intrests and they looked vaguely fimiliar. it wasn't till I got further into their photo albums that I recognized the tattoo on the male half of our neighbors upper arm.
I started laughing and called out to my wife "you'll never believe this!" I kept laughing and told her "I knew there was another reason we got along so well."
Turned out that we weren't what they normally look for in fuck buddies but the friendship we had built up more then made up for the differences. So its been a year and occassionally we still get together for fun time. Its nice to be able to go over to each others houses on the premise of a sleep over and just wait for the little ones to tire themselves out. Then tire ourselves out.
Not sure if thats the kind of stuff your looking for but I find it amusing.

weight approperate - - Ya know, these threads come up all the time, looks, age, weight, etc etc etc, and the same things get said, and quite frankly, it sounds like sour grapes alot of the time.
So a couple or half of a couple does not find you attractive for whatever reason, and if they are very attractive, and maybe you are too _____ (old, fat, short, grey, wrinkly, ugly, have a third arm growing out of your forehead whatever, fill in the blank) then they get labled as shallow...........
Why is it that guys who have BBW fetishes aren't labled as shallow? Aren't they just looking for a particular type and and exclude those who do not fit that type? What is the difference?
And why is it, that other guys like to assume that it is the confidence of the in shape good looking male that is making it so the woman won't have sex with the old fat guys(can't handle watching his wife etc etc etc you all have heard the statements)? Are they trying to make themselves feel better about some rejection? Guess what, everybody gets shot down from time to time, even the hotties....this is all about attraction, physical mostly, cause we (collectivley as swingers) have already found somebody we connect with emotionally and mentally (we married them!) and we are looking for some good dirty fun. we are not looking to get married to everyone we meet!!
