Curious Question - - Mogar, You have just described the lifestyle as it should be and is in many parts of the country... not just UT. It does seem, however, that the people on this site, particularly from UT are very very sexy. There must be someting in the water or that mormons are particularly good looking people... Might have to do with the survival of the fittest.... A long and perilous journey out there and then setting up and getting things started in the wilderness... Only the best genes survive, I guess. A paradigm shift - polyamory - Your thoughts? Here are mine... - This is a big big topic... good one. It is true to say that an amazing thing about being human (thank any God figure you'de like :)) is that we have an INFINITE capacity to love. It is most obvious in women but exists in us all. I understand all of the comments about walking a path together, finding the one and only, etc and that is a great way to live but the fact is, we can love more than we do. We can choose to want to be with a certain person more than any other but we can love many. The easiest way to show this is that when a child is born they make the parents feel as if they could never love like they do this first beautiful child but when others come along what we experience is an expansion of our capacity to love. It is limitless. As mothers and parents can love many children so can we all love many others. We dont need to, some dont want to, but some feel it is a natural and Godly way to live. The biggest obstacle to it is jealousy or feelings of ownership which Swingers have largely learned are "lower thinking" attributes and, at least as far as the physical goes, they are beyond jealousy etc (of course I mean the healthy ones). Big Love is a real deal. It scares many people, even swingers but it is the next and logical progression in the more enlightened thinkers out there, which many swingers are. We swingers have at least tackled the threat that comes from "physical" sharing but many are scared to death to hear their loving sharing spouse express feelings of love for another man or woman. A great book on this topic is "The Future of Love" by Daphne Rose Kingma. It's excellent. Im sure this idea (polyamory) is not for everybody but it is natural and can be as rewarding and freeing as swinging is I'm told...(Jealousy, guilt and ownership are unnatural 'learned' behaviors). Disabled Swingers - - I am the male half of a couple. I am also disabled and in a wheelchair. Add to that I am new to the lifestyle. Shelley my other half is a gorgeous BBW (on the smaller side of BBW). She was very active in the lifestyle prior to us getting married. We have had a couple threesomes in the beginning of our relationship. Now after 12 years of marriage I am finally secure enough in our relationship for us to become active again. Yet we are finding it very difficult to actually find folks to play with and or parties that are accessible to my chair. We have had folks online come right out and tell us that if it was not for me being in a wheelchair they would have no problem meeting us. The definition of cheating - - Interesting discussion. Certainly from a relationship standpoint the classic definition of cheating is being with someone other than your partner physically and/or emotionally. As swingers, however, we often hold ourselves above others and fall back on the lying and/or sneaking around aspect. Personally I feel that being dishonest with the person you hold most dear in this life to be the essence of cheating for me. When information is withheld you take away that person's prerogative to choose whether or not to stay in the relationship with you based on your actions outside of the relationship. There are a million ways people rationalize cheating. I find that a person's attitude towards cheating is a very good litmus test for the depth of their character. Now should we talk about cheating on a test or cheating other people out of their hard earned money? How about cheating on your taxes or at a poker game with friends? At what point DOES cheating become morally reprehensible or should it be "all's fair in love and war" and "every man (or woman) for himself"? Or as SIRNEWBY asserts, is self deception/lying/cheating really the only valid metric? Or did I misunderstand your point, SN? It would be interesting to get feedback from people (I'm sure there are plenty) who've been cheated on.

All of you have many choices here in Ohio, there are many clubs to choose from, also in KY and INDY. Sure we at Club SinDay would love for you to always come to our club, but lets be real, no one wants to go to the same place over and over. and its nice to just get away for a change. So we encourage our members to go try other clubs, both for a change, but also, maybe you will come back and tell us what you like about another club, as to help us, improve on our own club. Those of you who have gone to Princeton know its a very big club, and a very nice club. When we designed SinDay we were trying hard to compete with them on the bar area and the dance area, there was no way we could compete with them on size. There is a reason Princeton is number one in Ohio, it is its size. and it is a nice club. I not afraid to say this, they worked hard to be a nice club, as we are working hard to become just as nice. As for 440 and 101, I havent been to either club in years, but have heard they have made a few changes, so you may want to go check them out also. All of the clubs have something different to offer, one may have a house party feel, another may feel more open like a banquet hall, and others may feel like a dance club. it really depends on what you the members are looking for. And the only way you will find out what you like best is by going to these clubs. Please dont let other convince you that one club is better then another, their idea of a club may be way different then what you think a club should be. And you will have some people that are so into a club, that they will down other clubs they have never been to, just to help their home club. so please judge for yourselves, go out, enjoy all the clubs you can, and remember that the number one thing you want from a club, is your own opinion of a club.
