"Not interested" replies - - It is more common than one thinks... Not responding to a note/email/whatever one wants to call the message one sends from a site to the site... It\'s a bloody shame that people are so rude.. As for the kiss thing...I think people see a profile and want to show it to their SO so they earmark it with a kiss or add people to their friends list. It\'s the only tool one has to tag the couple and easily get back to that profile.. Sometimes people forget how to uses all the tools and then after a day or two they forget who you were and how to find you then another time they are looking and say Oh theres a nice couple lets send a kiss or add them to our friends list.....After a dozen sites similar I think that people may also be a bit shy too.. What do I day to Mary and Phill, he\'s a doctor and has a TV show and I thought he didn\'t like swingers.... I think I\'ll just call and save money on my car insurance ...I\'ll call Gieco... Just a thought... but people spend money to get on a site and can\'t write a note.. They may do fine face to face but to write a note ...... No way....My theory... What\'s yours? A subject for Lenord Nemoy\'s show \"Unsolved Mysteries\".... Which stretches from the inner mind to the outer extremedies.... you have entered the swinger zone.....

This lifestyle - What are we really? - MORDON: Huh?? Wow...no easy task to consolidate concepts as broad and inclusive as swinging and/or polyamory into neat little boxes. I'm still trying to follow how you grouped the two into polar opposites. I'm not sure that the way you're defining either of those would be true for the majority of those in the swinging communities, and especially not Sirensextress or myself. If I have the ability to to love more than one person...then yes, I suppose I am polyamorous, but NOT in the same way that a couple who is truly polyamorous might view it (I do love not just one but all my children/siblings and whatnot). You've painted a rather bleak and harsh picture of us non-polyamorists, by boldly stating that swingers are, "friends with benefits....True swinging is having sex just for the sake of having sex. No talking ...no getting to know each other...not caring one iota about the other person. Basically have sex and if the other person dies on the way home ...who give gives a shit!" That statement is well, to put it bluntly, naive and uninformed. We've never engaged in sex without talking, or getting to know one another. How else would we know if there's any chemistry? We care greatly for most of the people we've encountered through swinging, and would most CERTAINLY care if they died on the way home! In short...we "give a shit"! I think in it's broadest sense, the term "swinging" is large enough to cater to the appetites of a wide spectrum of people, from those that are inclined to polyamory, to those that prefer to fuck 'em and leave 'em, to those that are the swinging wannabe's, to those that are exclusive. We are by no means polyamorous, but yes, we've run into couples that are in the truest sense of the word, poly. In fact, we've met couples that have wanted us to participate in the poly lifestyle. However, they are looking for something quite different that what we are looking for. Neither my wife nor myself are looking to be "married" to another couple, or to become a "secondary" husband/wife to them. Yet, being the "non-polyamorists" that we are, and according to your definition, we should be unable able to maintain very close friendships with any other swingers. Actually...our experiences have been quite the opposite. Most of our closest friends have come out of The Lifestyle. Do we love them? Yep. Have/are we sexually intimate with them? Yep. Are we romanticaly involved, exclusive and IN love with them? No. Do we love them like family? Yep. Are we polyamorous? No. Does this just boil down semantics? Yes..probably. However I felt compelled to speak on behalf of those of us that actually do care about the people that we meet through the lifestyle. Cuz we DO give a shit and we're NOT the cold-hearted people we've been made out to be! :)

asking your swinger friend if you can join them. - - Well, I have a co-worker that I have been friends with for a while and recently found they are a swingers, it wasn't shocking to me or anything just thought it was interesting. So some time has passed and I thought I wonder if I could join them sexually. To me it would just be awkward to as him that. Obviously I'm not going to ask him "hey can I bang your wife?" I don't care if it was both of them or just her, I've always thought she was hot and I consider my co-worker a good friend. So, how do I ask that and/or is it a bad idea? Thanks

First time flop rule - it happens -

Levitra will never let you down. Swallow your pride, go to your Doctor and tell him you can't get it up. Get a perscription and have some fun. I don't need it, but tried it once with some friends. It was incredible. It will make you harder, your recovery time is almost instantaneous and it feels soooo good. You'll never have a problem with nerves again. I can live with out it, but I would rather not.

Better living through pharmaceuticals....lol....I hear ya! Mmmmm I wonder if they will give me a swingers discount? Guess it couldn't hurt to ask ;)
Don't want to burn that bridge too early...fine line between enjoyment, and dependency.

Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - hmm. being that he is 32 and i am 23, we find ourselves looking at a pretty broad age range. but honestly, and sorry to say (dont want to be a bitch and all :) ), I usually prefer OLDER people. now, you must keep in mind, that most people are older than me :) but for the most part i usually prefer to surround myself with people at least in their thirties. that being said, it is not the actual age, but mental age, that is the true factor........

swingin - thought this site was a swingers site - EUREKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sincitybi hit it.... Just looked at the profile male: 5'5" tall, 210 lbs, 5'6", 135 lbs. He is a troll who shaved and she has not figured it out...Poor girl...Bet he has a dicky doo too...Poor poor girl...

RV Swingers? - -
Well, shortly the wife and I will be buying a new RV and traveling full time for a few years. Is there anyone from the lifestyle that are full timers? We are pretty excited to get out and travel some and meet new peeps.
hey swing pun intended by our place

Any Swingers out there? Golf swingers that is... - -
We both golf if you can call it that. Love to get out on the course and play a few rounds with another couple or 2.
Isnt your local course called Round Valley? weve heard its great & has RV accomidations?

AZ Clubs - -
Not sure if it's still there, but when we used to live there we used to frequent Club Chameleon or Guys and Dolls.
Both have been gone for several years now. Chameleon was one of the best in the US. I have had some spectacular times there. The owners opened a diner on the east side of the valley after their club got closed down. Even though some of the old club regulars show up there, it never turned into a pick up joint. Somehow, Discretions & Encounters both survived in Phoenix. They are both much more low brow. I think that I know who put the screws to Chameleon, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'm not going to name names. The person that I think it was, got thrown out for being too drunk & rowdy, then went on a rampage in revenge. He was a hot rod builder with a lot of attitude. The last words that I remember from him were "you mess with the bull, you get the horns". There are a few bars in town that host meet & greets for local Yahoo groups, but the crowds there tend to be a bit cliquish. There is a low key party in Havisu that is very good, but it's hard to find & hard to get an invite. Havisu in general is a good place to pick up party girls if you have a boat on the lake. Tucson has an upscale nudist resort that attracts a small amount of low key swingers. Tucson also has a honkey tonk Drink-em-up bar that is run by "god" & boasts a well equipped side room for people who are feeling frisky. Just ask "god" for the "full tour" & you will get an eyefull. West of Phoenix, there are some mud baths & hot springs that occasionally see some playful action. A little north of the city, near round valley, there are some hiking areas with swimming holes that sometimes attract frisky individuals. If you are looking for kink in Phoenix, try APEX. If you want better odds at a good swinging experience, hop a quick flight over to Vegas. It's not that far. California has even better options, but it's a bit more of a ride.

The Black Ring - How to spot a swinger - LOL We've been doing this for a LONG time and it cracks us the fuck up to see these frequent "ways to tell if someone is a swinger". We've heard everything from a white rock in their front yard to an upside down pineapple in their grocery cart. Even stuff like wearing an ankle bracelet on a particular ankle or a single earring in a particular ear. Bottom line is, in this world of almost instantaneous and pervasive communication even if there WAS a ubiquitous symbol of swinging acceptance almost nobody would display it as they would quickly be outed to people they might not want to know about their little hobby. We've gone to conventions and hotel takeovers many times in the past and it usually took about a day for any vanillas nearby to learn what the wristbands mean and start gawking (or even trying to sneak in) and for the swingers to start hiding them under watches and bracelets or removing them entirely so as not to be identified. Another swingsite we're on even started a new smartphone app using GPS that alerts you if there is another swinger nearby. Almost nobody uses it in fear of somehow being ID'd as a swinger.
