If you read my husbands first post, he did give you a on-topic, cordial and legitimate answer to the question you posed. You chose to be offended when he told you that regardless of what you think, people are going to talk about what they want to.
I was merely stating that you complain about arguments errupting within the forums when you are promoting it yourself. It does not make much sense to me. If you are unhappy with a topic why not start your own thread pertaining to what you wish to discuss? There are just as many people that would love to discuss various subjects pertaining to sex as there are who would like to talk about something ...else.
I for one, do not enjoy talking about sex all the time or war and death all the time. So I pick and chose which topic I want to comment on. It does not bother me to surf through many topics as I like to have a variety to chose from. If this site was about only one subject or the other, it would be very boring. I rather enjoy reading most of the posts wether they be about sex or not. It is entertaining for me.

Hanging out this weekend - Habits tonight?? - We enjoy it if there is a couple we are interested in they have sections that aren't so loud that you can talk. But yes it is loud. And we have run into lots of swingers there lots of times. But I hear that a lot I think most people don't talk to people or just walk up to a stranger(s) and say hi. But I the male half does a lot that's how you meet people and then once you chat a bit it comes out that they are swingers. Friend collectors or swingers - - We don't think the OP is being offensive, just a little frustrated. Yes, there are plenty here with no intention of meeting or being truthful. Likely nothing more than a fantasy or she doesn't even know about a profile here. Getting on a friends list for many is just access to more amateur LS porn and maybe some hot chat.
We'll echo the sentiments of some others. Our friends list includes couples we have met or would like to meet. If it becomes apparent we're not meeting, we move on. Shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone who reads our profile.
Meeting doesn't mean it extends beyond that, but how will they truly become friends, or better yet FWBs, if you never meet? Social media friends of any flavor aren't really friends in our book anyway, but maybe that's just how we choose to maintain relationships.

We are at Treehouse. Yes, we have butlers there, but we call them "man-servants or "towel boys." Lol
Ironically we have never even been blinked at, let alone HIT on at the infamous "swingers gym." The staff is fastidiously careful to avoid even the slightest sexual comment or compliment. It's terrible. We just work out, throw up, and go home.
