Your mistake was that you assumed that everyone was at the same level as you. That's not a stab, but an observation. Wannabes and net fakes - Will the real lifestyle members please stand up - We have learned the best phrase to learn quickly in this lifestlye is "NEXT" lets face it this is nothing but a #'s game you have to contact loy=ts to find the few good ones and once you find those good ones it makes all the weeding out of the fakes and flakes worth it. Like we tell people a social meeting or two is fine but we do not intend to date you a year before you decide if you want to play with us or not . We just wish people would have the balls to say at least "no thanks" or tellthe truth they are "wanna" swingers into only the fantasy of it and never really intend to do it. Stabbing at swingers party? - - A stabbing in Herriman over the weekend has the media reporting it was a "swingers party". I am assuming this is because as the news reports a few couples "got frisky" in the basement, causing several people to reportedly leave and return less than an hour later and stab the party's 22-year old host. The three suspects were all 20 to 22 years old, also.
Does anyone know anything about this? Was it a vanilla party gone wrong in a drunken moment, causing some guys to get extremely jealous and now the media is blowing this up to be a "swingers" party? Or was it really a swingers party?
Looking for Advice - Recently coming back into the LS - Hello!
So I just have a question.
We were in the LS about two years ago.. and since getting back into it, it seems like what we want is not as accepting ( or that we aren't actual swingers). We aren't a full swap couple and I feel like that hinders us from meeting new people and just getting out there.
While I enjoy watching my husband with other women, I have no desire to be with anyone other than my husband.
Is this weird? We have talked to a few couples who just question why were are in the LS at all. They have said that what we are looking for is a "tall order" or that "we aren't actual swingers" which I can understand to a point.. but isn't this site for people also looking to explore their sexuality in a safe place with no judgements?
I would love some feedback or advice if anyone else in a similar situation because at this point I don't feel welcome.

What is up with Utah?! - Swingers in Utah and nowhere else? - We are not sure why Utah has more fun cpls who do not hide the fact they are into the lifestyle. Here in NC there are some great cpls too, but mabey we are just shy.
So we may have to head out west for our next vacation too.
lets talk about meet n greets - whats yours like? - There are several area groups that have meet and greets every weekend. Some happen in bars, resteraunts, and dance clubs. The number is so large (140-400) that it is a complete take over and the place is warned that the swingers are coming in. We do also have some swinger clubs that people can attend. There are several people that post that they have house parties. People that attend house parties can be from 20-60 people at least.
young or old - - we are young swingers and our problem is the older crowd doesnt seem to want us arround. I thought be young was a good thing. when we say older crowd so far any one over 25ish, I dont mean to offend anyone:d we have found quite a few couples over 35 that we find attractive, but everyone says somthing that sounds alot like "we like you but we think your too young", So how old is to young?

We are also super picky and refuse to jump into an immediate sexually relationship with someone we haven’t truly meet. That may be some of the cause of this issue as well.
