Coming to slc area this weekend - - We agree with SLCCOUPLE. The GSL has it all. Sun, fun, the BEACH. And it's true...you CAN just like float around in it. We used to think it was because it's so salty and shit but it's actually the brine shrimp lifting you up and trying to push you out of the water. They have to live there and don't want no stanky, skanky swingers floatin' around in their living rooms. And if you get one of those cool floating grills from Sky Mall you can just fry up some 'o them shrimp on the barbie while you're floating around, mate. Watch out for brine flies though. They're like the annoying pushy swingers who have too much to drink at a party and just get right up in your face. If you need directions to the nude beach just PM us. It's DEE-luxe!
PICTURE SURFERS HANG A 180 LOL - - I think what they mean by "friends and MAYBE more" is that they are looking for friends first and if everyone establishes a friendship and clicks sexually more will follow. I guess everyone is different when it comes to the lifestyle and some take it more slowly than others. Some require a strong friendship before playing, some don't. Some feel that they may establish a friendship but one of the people just doesn't click sexually with one or more of the others and that feeling needs to be respected by all.
When we first started we were in the mindset that we had to find "best friends" with benefits and quickly discovered that we don't necessairly need to be best of friends, we do need to like the other people though and feel that attitude and personality are very important to us. We've been fortunate enough to maintain a friendship with everyone we've played with and some that we haven't because one of the group just couldn't make it to that level but we still maintain contact with each other.
I guess what I hate the most is when you run across someone that thinks that just because you are in the lifestyle and on a swingers site you automatically have to lay down and spread for anyone that asks. Doesn't happen often but seems like we get more than our share of it.

Christain Swingers? - - We are both of the mind that being a christian, or following any organized religeon, usually means that you would try to live your life to the best of your ability. Respect your body, your mind, and others. Treat them the way you yourself wish to be treated, right?
Swinging should not have any bearing on these things. In fact, if more swingers treated each other in this way, we would not see threads titled, "Rude or disprespectful people." or "Interracial swinging" etc etc. I agree with the person who said that you can be a good "christian" and also be a swinger.
Its all about the way you conduct yourself. Its all about moderation and balance. You can drink but you shouldnt drink to excess. You can have fun, but not at the expense of others. I think that it should be a no brainer for all of us.
But it is harder for some than others. LoL.
