Probably my last post - True colors are showing now - Well. I shouldn't. But we're all "getting it out of our systems" so I will. I had been having a great time in the chat room, until Wild decided to badger me and badger me and badger me about the fact that HE was REALLY single - not "married but playing with wife's permission" (as I truly am). He just kept poking at it and wouldn't let it go. How... ironic... that I am, indeed, what I said I was and the protester turns out to be not what he said he was. Hmmmm.... "Methinks he protested too much". I even mentioned his heavy-handed "monitoring" to the staff and they refused to do anything but take his side in every item. OK. So I stopped participating in the chat room - for months. Now. Big Breath. My "problem" is nothing compared to what has happened to others, so I suppose I should just count myself lucky. We've lived and 'swung' :-) in a number of different states. Additionally we're on another, older swing site that is FAR larger than this one and people on that site often complain about how closed, cliquish and inhospitable swinging is in their particular area (most notably Minnesota where the site originated and especially in California where there is ostensibly a much larger population of swingers than in most areas). Personally we've found the swinging community here to be much more open than many areas we've visited. Of course openness is relative when it comes to an activity that most people tend to hide, like swinging.

I was a huge DS9 fan also, well..the last 3 years anyway when Worf came aboard. I am also a huge Star Wars fan. In fact, I am the OFFICIAL star wars fan. If there is printed material on Star Wars, I own it. For those of you who read, the NJO (new jedi order) was fantastic! And everything before it as well. Just finished the three book Dark Nest trilogy and man am I impatient for more! We both loved X-Files. Nuff said right? There were times that I wanted to bitch slap Scully for being a doubting thomas though. Even after the movie she would say, "I dont believe it." Stupid bitch. LoL. We love SURFACE, STAR GATE SG-1, Atlantis, and my absolute fav right now has got to be GALACTICA!!! Talk about a completely perfect remake of a cult classic with a few twists on the characters! Good television. Since I am gone from home so much, I dont get to watch a lot of cable, but you can bet that when I do make a date with the TIVO I am GLUED to these shows, and nothing, short of my wifes sexy ass smile and devilish little "come and get it" grin, can make me press pause! Swingers at work... - - My wife and I have had much the same experience. Recently, at my work a long time swing friend of ours that we had lost touch with (moved out of state) got hired to work at my company. At first I thought it could get a bit awkward, but it is all good. Luckily, our friend is very discreet and NEVER brings up anything about it at work. In the past, we have had to deal with the indiscreet folks that want to babble on and on about this party and who they saw there, but we haven't had to deal with that in several years which is a great thing.
