Here is an update as of Friday, November 02, 2007. SW Admin did contact NTAK counsel today. The essentials of this conversation were relayed to us by counsel over the phone.

How did you get started? - - one eveing about eight years ago we were talking to a couple of friends and they wee talking about this club where they liked to go where the people were open and friendly and liked to have fun with clothes on or off. We have always been adventurous, and staunch nudist. Well as you figure one thing lead to another and we went there one night in southern CA and we had a blast. So what are we keeping our eyes open for? Do people stamp their foreheads that say swingers on it? Is there a sign saying "swingers this way"? well said there is something to be said about knowing instead of jumping to what if's
age versus pics - - We have always had pics with our profiles, and we don't mind letting people see who we are. We've never had any problems yet. We figure if someone sees us on a swingers website, they must be there for the same reasons we are, or they wouldn't be looking in the first place.
We have pictures from last week, and we have some from several years ago. I doubt if anyone could really tell the difference. We're one of those lucky couples who have looked the same for a long time. We feel that if our pics are an accurate view of what we really look like, it really doesn't matter how old they are. We'd never try to fool anyone about what we look like. That would be dishonest, and that's just not us.
