Friend collectors or swingers - - We feel that we have "friends" who we don't even know. We'll get a friend request and then nothing else. Together we have been in the lifestyle for over a year. We started in September 2019 and hit the ground running. Before we got together Scott was on here as a single guy but had met a number of amazing people. So we went to a party which was my first swinger experience. I was nervous but it turned out to be one of the best nights ever. Yes my original intent was unclear. I wanted to ask about the search function as so many times it seemed like I must be doing something wrong. I was frustrated at how you have to reenter all the parameters each time. And some of the parameters are different in search compared to what you can select in the profiles??? For instance in Soft swap in the profile you can respond with a yes, no, or maybe. Also how do you sort by excluding a yes in some parameter.? After playing with this feature I also noticed that some searches would get 2 pages of results and then I would go back and think I only changed one thing and get 20++ pages. The fact that I could NOT save the searches and be sure I just changed one parameter even though I thought I did was a pain as well. In all this I started to see some interesting trends that I was going to report on but by that time the thread had been hijacked. Originally I reported my search results for this specific search and the criterion I used solely for help in this matter and being so stupid not to realize that I offended Smokers, bi guys, and folks not average or less. Oh and I forgot folks under 35. I am surprised not all the folks who have been members over 365 days didn't throw stones too. I wont be starting another thread ever is the overall result of this. Whatever my intent was is not important now. I just want to say that we usually search and have met some folks outside of those original parameters and yes personality and many other factors can make the overall experience great. We don't have to call ourselves swingers and so many of you have made it clear in another caustic post like this that we do not qualify as swingers yet and shouldn't even be on this site. I agree. An out of this world (or state) encounter - swinging parties - We like to travel, and we try out the on premise clubs wherever we go. In Sept we went to what is supposed to be the top rate swingers club in the world, just outside Amsterdam (called Fun4Two). It's by invitation only, but if you are ever traveling in that area, you won't want to miss it (so email us and we'll let you know who to contact to get in). We like the local parties, but it seems to us that many of them have too much talking and drinking and too little nudity and fucking. What is is with local couples? - Anyone else seem to have the problem with couples local to where you live NOT wanting to meet? - I think people who do not reply are simlarly afraid about pictures. THey are afraid that locals will recognize them. We are in a very small town where we have been asked upon returning from a social at 3 or 4 in the morning what was wrong.... Then it goes thru the 2 closest neighbors to the south living east and west of each other. Then it jumps west several houses and then North across the street and back east again. Within one day. 7 families now know that we got in at 4am and there is speculation as to why. The neighbor across the street, as I picked up my mail one afternoon, at the bottom of my driveway, starts telling me about a couple, that I do not know from the other side of town, about them fighting and how they poor mouth and then they were eating steak...... Do I care ... why should I, but in this town everyone knows everyone elses business.... But regardless of the size of the town people are afraid that someone will find out....<shishhhhhh> <don't let anyone here> that they are swingers and God will curse them.... You know what they say about small towns and Baptist.... They see everything, hear everything that happens and tell everyone about everything ...EXCEPT that they recognize no one in the liquor store.. or local whore house.

I say this... 1) So what? Is your wife not capable of handling herself? 2) Are you not capable of saying, "Hey, Sorry man, we're not into single guys." I see that as no different that taking care of a couple you're not interested in. Quite frankly, there are far more asshole, disrespectful men in couples that we've encountered, then the single variety. I wouldn't pack up and leave just because there is a single guy there. Just like anything else, if I found that this club has single guys there and I don't like them, I can not go to that club and find another more to my liking. Actually, yes. She is too nice to them. Then when I come back from taking a piss, I have to do the dirty job. She signs up for trial stuff and if she doesn't like it, it gets cancelled. Unfortunately, my job is to be the heavy. She, like many women the bouncers tell us about will tell the guys "not now. Maybe later.". Well, later comes along and so do they. However, because they didn't say "No thanx", if they bug her, the bouncer can't do much. That is why the club bouncers always ask the girls "Did you say no thanx" or "not now"? If it is the former, they will tell the guy off. If it is the latter, they will tell the girl "Next time, say NO. If he still bothers you, I will eject him." Unfortunately, I am. Which is why I tend to get the dirty job. When the wife wants to return something, it too is my job. When she wants to buy something and the store is pretty dead, she feels sorry for the salesman and I have to go do the dirty work. Actually, we have found the reverse to be true for us anyways. However, like I said before, even though they are more trouble, they bring things to the table that we are both interested in so the greater risk is worth it for us.
