Small Town - Speak Out - That\'s a shame. I have pictures posted, but they are in my private folder. This way I can (to a degree) manage who has access. My employement is in a field where if the wrong person ever found out I could lose my job. Richmond being a small city like it is; word of mouth and my lifestyle would never be a secret again. Luckly they were just giving an FYI and warning me that a few other non-swingers knew that worked in my office. The person did not include their name so they also were afraid of fall out. Looking for an attorney in the lifestyle - Question - I don't honestly think you would need an attorney. Most swingers clubs opperate as just a house that holds parties. Unless you are serving alcohol you shouldn't need license of any kind. at the door, you have donations, not entry fees. The only place i know that did have an operating license was in San Diego, THAD's. The owner had to file suite against the city and county to get the councilman and law enforcement to stop harrasing him. The city finaly gave him a license as a "Sexual Encounters Club" but not allowed to serve alcohol. Anyone that brought alcohol had to put it in a fridge and could take out their own alcohol anytime they wanted, but the helpers couldn't serve the alcohol.

Our experience (getting close to 30 years in the swinging trenches) has shown that the authorities almost invariably use other (easier to prosecute) issues to shut down naughty things like swinging parties. Recently in Texas they're trying to use zoning ordinances and disturbing the peace and, believe it or not, parking ordinances. Quite often it's alcohol related. Not too many years ago with a local, fairly prominent swinger who held frequent parties in his upscale neighborhood they nailed him for providing alcohol to minors (apparently one girl at one of his parties was not yet 21). And I would ague that Las Vegas is anything but tolerant for swingers parties or really anything related to sex. They love to sell the idea of sex but when the rubber meets the road they are as intolerant as anywhere we've been. I don't remember the last hotel takeover we attended in Vegas where a topless pool wasn't promised and then shut down by the local authorities. Of course the big money hotels have absolutely no problem providing topless pools...if they can charge a hefty premium to do so. Vegas is all sizzle and no steak (in the vernacular of my grandfather).

They have NO evidence or science that is accurate to prove that social distancing or masks are even helping. NONE. and many doctors agree that they have no evidence or science behind this. So quit pushing a narrative of false assumptions. If you are buying into the nonsense, I feel for you, because you have been mislead into a false sense of security. YES masks and gowns work in a sterile environment! But the minute you touch money, food, clothing, railings, etc.... you have now contaminated that mask because I promise that you have adjusted it with your hands after you went shopping. If you really want to say this works, sterilize your home, do not go anywhere, and do not order anything online. Survive on what you have without stepping foot outside for months. Then you can say you did your part!

Swingers gone bad?? - - I can't or wwon't take the moral high ground here. I believe what was done was legally wrong. I was having sex by age 12 and knew what I was doing then. Was I legally competant??? According to statutes then and now, I was too young to make a good judgement. Did these boys or any others boys ever need alcohol to get into the mood to have sex??? Legally they did wrong.... If the boys were 10, 9 maybe even 11 maybe then they sould be too young to participate... Now people taking the moral high ground........ Is swinging morally right? The lifestyle is sometimes called a fringe thing. It's not illegal according to the law but there are those who say that morality says that sharing each other with someone outside of the marriage is wrong. For those of you in Utah.... Polygamy, polygyny and polyandry is wrong... Actually the state had to outlaw the practice of having more than one wife or they wouldn't have gotten statehood. So they used the term Polyegemy or having more than one wife or having more than one husband at the same time. Polygyny is having more than one wife at the same time. It is illegal in most states for either of these 3 states or conditions to exist or to participate in. I guess what I'm saying is, Are swingers morally upright or righteous enough to make the moral judgement on these people. Certainly, what they did was illegal but.... 50 years ago what we do today would have gotten us ousted from the community, church, loss of job (and that could still happen today) and maybe even jailed, under the right circumstances..
