Dinner party - - We would love to attend a classy party so tired of the stand around slamming drinks with people type party. I think the wife and I would be more inclined to enjoy a touch of class and I know from there things could become more and as for fun oh HELL yes!!!! Hedonism, Tempations, Sandals, or others? - - Our vote is Desire RM (there are two Desire's in Cancun, Pearl and RM). The best part about Cancun is you can fly direct from SLC and it's a fairly short inexpensive flight so your vacation is at the resort and not in airports like you have to do to get to Hedo. We're members at RM and if you book any of the three resorts (Temptation, RM and Pearl all owned by the same group) book it through a member as you'll get some perks you wouldnt otherwise get Pearl is a nicer, smaller resort with extremely large rooms, a massive pool and massive hot tub with a laid back vibe. Its a bit more expensive than RM and it tends to lean to a bit older crowd than RM. If you want to relax in a clothing optional resort (pretty much everyone is nude except at dinner and then the parties at night) this is your best choice. RM is a party all day and all night, the rooms are really small unless you upgrade to a suite. The Pool is really small for the amount of people and the hot tub is tiny. Because it has twice as many rooms as Pearl you have more folks to meet and party with. The crowd is younger and stays up all night long. If you're looking to really party at a clothing optional (pretty much everyone is nude except at dinner and then the parties at night) resort this would be our choice. Temptation is the least expensive of the three and it's a topless resort. The amount of swingers at this resort is the least of the three. You will find lots of folks just dipping their toes in the water here. It also allows single people to come so you'll find single guys at this resort where Desire is couples only. They've recently remodeled it and we've been told good and bad since the remodel. If you're not a swinger or just testing the water this is the resort we'd go to. Vanilla people have absolutely no reason to keep LS peoples secrets, and I think they’re more likely to gossip about something relatively foreign to them (like a LS party they attended). I’ve had two vanilla coworkers in my office talk about going to The NYer to people watch swingers, and that just made me cringe. I would not trust a vanilla person to keep our secret, and even less if we saw them at a “mixed” type of party where any conclusions could be made. We would rather keep our vanilla friends and our LS friends completely separate for privacy’s sake. No matter how hard vanillas try, most of them cannot wrap their heads around our LS, and just avoiding vanillas while pursuing our LS hobbies is our safest bet.
